We would highly recommend Jose and his team at Guazo construction…read more Many people have horror stories as it relates to working with contractors and doing work within their homes. I have to say that I am one of the lucky ones who has not had to experience those headaches because I chose to work with Jose and Gauzo construction. Jose was referred to us when we were moving into our new home. We needed many things done ranging from things as simple as painting to complete deck replacement to a full bathroom build. All along the way Jose worked with us to explain how things would need to be done, timeframes for completion of work, material selection, etc. - which for us was key as we had no former experience with any of this. We have had Jose do work for us over the last 2 years and we've come to realize that there is really no job he cant do. If we have any problem or job that needs to be done, big or small, he is our guy. He is responsive, shows up when he says he will be there, does his best to to alleviate the unknowns and works as many days as he needs to for job completion (even if that meant the occasional weekend). To list items he has done for us include (but are not limited to): - recessed lighting installation/electrical - tile backsplash installation - tile flooring installation - complete deck build (architect coordination, permitting process, build) - full basement renovation (bathroom build, bedrooms, in home theater, game room, kids play room - including drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc.) - water drainage system (resealing of foundation, french drain system, grading) - light fixture installation/electrical work - exterior full house power washing and painting - interior painting - door replacement - roof/gutter repair

What impressed me even more was that they had professional teams for plumbing, electrical work, drywall, hardwood flooring, and cabinet installation. They are, by far, the best remodeling company I have ever known and I highly recommend them to everyone.

We were rather timid about calling any contractors to come in and do some improvements on a house…read morewe recently purchased. With fear in mind we called B &B Home Improvements and Botar (the Owner) answered the phone and said he would come the following the day to give us a Free estimate and if we liked his price and we liked him he would go ahead with the work. He came by this morning and gave us some great advice for the trim we had bought for him to install. He suggested that we go a little bigger because it would look a lot better once everything including the carpet was put in. He measured everything out in a matter of minutes and gave us a great estimate. We were still hesitant but had a good vibe from Botar and really appreciated his professional opinion. After all, he was not making any money on the materials. So we took him up on his estimate, he said he would get the work done by 8PM the same day! He also took my boyfriend to pick up the bigger pieces of material since we did not have a truck and had rented one the day before to transport the materials. Normally any contractor would charge you extra for this but he did not. He had another worker show up (Aidee) and he was such a nice person and he got right to work while they ran to Home Depot to pick new materials up. Before we knew it the work was all done at approximately 3:00PM including his clean up work and vacuuming. The trim work looks so great that we KNOW we will be calling Botar and his crew back to do much more work on our first home. Good to know there is still quality, honest and hard working contractors out there. I would recommend B&B to any family and friends and to any of you! Their prices are unbeatable too!

Baatar provided so much valuable feedback along the way and some of his suggestions I am still so grateful for to this day, such as cabinet suggestions, flooring details, location for outlets and light fixtures, materials to use and not use, etc. etc.  We came to rely on his expertise and it served us well.  Baatar and his team focus on one project at a time and they do not subcontract, this was important to us.  I highly recommend B&B Quality Home Improvement!
