Aaron, service repair manager promised us to review the final invoice and knocked off about $20.00 and add another job to the invoice. We didn't even authorize this work but it was already done, so our invoice went up instead of going down. Such crooks!! Submitted invoice with freightliner fleet advokate and will leave negative review wherever I can. But this company's rating is suggesting that they don't care about customers nor reputation.
