I do not normally write reviews about companies. However, Hamilton Hyundai in Clovis, New Mexico…read moredeserves this review and so much more. We were traveling from Arizona to Minnesota. When our palisade developed a transmission issue. We were able to limp the vehicle 200 plus miles to Hamilton Hyundai as they were the closest. Upon arrival, we met with Michael and explained the situation. He confirmed quickly that it was a transmission issue and asked his tech JT to work on it. He located parts in Dallas, Texas and asked them to put a rush on sending them. This issue happened on July 21st, and we were due to be in Minnesota on the 23rd for some commitments. Michael suggested the hotel across the street, and was able to loan us a vehicle so we could go get food, while they worked on the vehicle. He told us it would probably be Thursday or Friday before they could get it done. He hoped the part would come in Tuesday late or early Wednesday. On Tuesday about 4:00, my husband walked over to the dealership, just to see if by chance the parts had made it. To our absolute surprise and astonishment the part had come in early Tuesday morning and at 4:00 in the afternoon JT was almost done repairing the vehicle. They said the part came in early Tuesday morning and JT worked on it all day. He had everything done paperwork, and test drove it all before the 5:30 closing time. We can't say enough good things about Michael and JT along with Hamilton Hyundai for all they did for us. We have never run into customer service that was this professional, courteous, and friendly. We were able to leave New Mexico at 6:00 p.m. drove straight through the night arriving in Minnesota by noon. We were able to keep all of our commitments only because Hamilton Hyundai did such a great job. Thank you both, Michael and JT!!

Mainly do to the customer service that was given or not given. There are three or four other auto parts store within a mile or two of this Autozone that I'll probably go to before them. Two stars because they have the basic stuff I need and they give a discount/sale on most stuff.

No hello's, no warm welcome just a what do you need?. He took my info and keys and not another word from him. So I sat in 1 of 3 hard plastic chairs waiting in I guess what they call a waiting room. About an hour into it he said yours is on the rack so shouldn't be much longer. Not much longer must equate to another hour. This dealership service department is so unprofessional. The employees weren't wearing company shirts and they were wearing shorts, not uniform shorts one was wearing cut off denim shorts. They were answering and talking to customers on speaker phone. I sat there for right at 2 hours waiting to get a simple oil change and heard them complain and make comments about customers the whole time. The young service man, in a Ford uniform, that brought the paperwork and my keys in was the nicest one there. So kudos to him. Would I go back there? Nope!

Worst service department I've used. Every time I get my vehicle back after routine maintenance…read more(i.e. oil change) there's something wrong it. I'm either throwing a code within 48 hours of having been serviced or the job wasn't done properly resulting in leaking oil or fuel from a fuel filter replacement. You're probably better off taking it to a local mechanic. They literally can't be any worse and at least you're helping local small business.
