About an hour into it he said yours is on the rack so shouldn't be much longer. Not much longer must equate to another hour. This dealership service department is so unprofessional. The employees weren't wearing company shirts and they were wearing shorts, not uniform shorts one was wearing cut off denim shorts. They were answering and talking to customers on speaker phone. I sat there for right at 2 hours waiting to get a simple oil change and heard them complain and make comments about customers the whole time. The young service man, in a Ford uniform, that brought the paperwork and my keys in was the nicest one there. So kudos to him. Would I go back there? Nope!

Trans-Matic Wrecker Service was called out to assist us with a tow and to possibly fix the alternator. We were literally between two small towns and Uhaul suggested that he tow us an hour in the wrong direction to stay the night. Calvin our driver came to the rescue and was able to get Uhaul to realize there were closer towns in the right direction and convinced them that would be the best remedy. Not only did he have to go 120 miles roundtrip to make sure we got into our hotel safely but he also came out the next day on another 120 mile roundtrip drive to replace the alternator and ensure my family and I were back on the road and on schedule. The 2 closer Uhaul service contractors didn't want to come change the alternator and Calvin didn't have to either... but he said he couldn't just leave us sitting there and came to the rescue. Trans-Metic Wreckers cared when no one else did. They'll take care of you as good as they take care of your vehicle. We had pretty much given up on help and were surprised when Tow Pros accepted the job. It was a relatively challenging recovery and Chad handled it extremely well, adapting to the conditions and got our bus safely to the shop. The estimate he told me is what I paid. He took my car on short noticed and repaired that car on time, like he said prior via tel-con. I am not familiar with that negative rating so I cant say what happened but do find it hard to believe !! He has a pleasing personality as well as his workers, he does darn good work. I went in having the Alternator replaced along with both Stabilizer rods, he did it and the car runs and sounds great when going over bumps. He did what he promised and can honestly, unequivocally say he can be trusted and seems to be very honest, that's what I value ! When i got charged 122 dollars for changing alternator and both stab bars I knew he would be my mechanic of choice from now on.....
