Can't thank Larry enough for his help on our cross-country road trip. We started having…read moretransmission trouble and visited his shop. We really thought the trans might finally be a goner. On the spot he took a moment to listen and even come out and do a quick assessment before he set us up for an appt that would've been later in the day. His advice ended up being right... he suggested it (still) might just be our fluid levels, and then taught me more about how the trans works and how much fluid it actually needs. So we filled up, kept our fingers crossed, and he was right! We've since made it all the way back to NJ without a problem. His advice helped so much and so thankful to have someone to trust. Thank you so much Larry!!!

Thank You Dimmit Tires Team!…read more We stopped at Bison RV Center and found a blown wheel bearing on our trailer. Bison sent us to Marks Pipe and Iron, who then sent us to Dimmit Tires. Dimmit took everything apart, Marks welded it, and then Dimmit put it all back together -- better than before -- and even fixed another trailer tire. Because of your teamwork and quick help, we were back on the road the next morning. We are so grateful for the way all of you worked together and made the repair both fast and affordable. Thank you for going above and beyond! With appreciation, Marianne Henderson & John Walmsley

The first car he overcharged me over $600 and made it run better, but I still had problems and I replaced the computer and it ran perfect. The second car he replaced timing gear set and did head work and it left his shop noisy, but he said it was ok. Then it had a leak from a bad o-ring that he replaced, so I took it back and he charged another $80 to replace that. Then the gear set went bad again because of tensioner and then he put in another new timing gear set and charged me another $280 and now it runs quiet. He claimed no fault. He also noticeably scratched my new hood, tired to fix it, but it still looks bad. He seems like a nice guy, but he sure screwed me over.

Trans-Matic Wrecker Service was called out to assist us with a tow and to possibly fix the alternator. We were literally between two small towns and Uhaul suggested that he tow us an hour in the wrong direction to stay the night. Calvin our driver came to the rescue and was able to get Uhaul to realize there were closer towns in the right direction and convinced them that would be the best remedy. Not only did he have to go 120 miles roundtrip to make sure we got into our hotel safely but he also came out the next day on another 120 mile roundtrip drive to replace the alternator and ensure my family and I were back on the road and on schedule. The 2 closer Uhaul service contractors didn't want to come change the alternator and Calvin didn't have to either... but he said he couldn't just leave us sitting there and came to the rescue. Trans-Metic Wreckers cared when no one else did. They'll take care of you as good as they take care of your vehicle. My family and I thank them for being so stand up and going above and beyond when they didn't have to.
