Waiting for 15 minutes for an oil change before they even open the door for you when they have a bay open ia terrible service!! I to report the incident and one of the guys that was looking out the window, but never bay door said they were busy with another. I told him usually I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and they go ahead and wave you in and get you set up even if they have another car or else why have 2 bays? He was absolutely no help and offered no apology. I won't be going there again.
