Jeff diagnosed the suspension in my car and fixed it for the best price in town. He definitely knows what he's doing!

Would rate lower if I could. A couple months ago I had taken my car in to get some new parts…read moreinstalled which I had brought myself. After a few days they had called me and let me know a rear main output seal for the transmission I had provided did not fit so they went ahead and purchased the correct one and just added the cost to my bill which was fine. The rear end was leaking so I also asked them to replace the pinion seal & flange on the differential, when they finally called me and told me the car was ready for pickup they also informed me that the flange i had provided did not fit. Instead of letting me know and purchasing the correct part like they did for the transmission, they just put the pinion nut back on called it a day. After having my car for a few days I noticed a couple of things, the rear end leak had been spilling out way more fluid and it had started making a clunking sound from the rear end. I took it back to the shop and told them about the sound and the leak. A couple days later after their "diagnosis" was done and they called me back I was quoted $2300 for new parts and labor, and even though the rear end was the problem it never made it to the quote. I talked to the mechanic and basically he told me that it was all my fault and I must have been beating on the car (the car was being granpa driven because I was breaking the clutch in) and the new clutch was "putting too much stress" on the old parts. I declined their service and took it home until I could get it diagnosed at my job (the ford dealership) and after it got a 2nd and 3rd opinion it became apparent that my differential is a ticking time bomb because the proper procedures (backlash/preload) were never followed. If I had brought the car back I would have been down $3500 and the problem they started in the first place would have never been fixed in the first place. My car is just sitting now because I now have to pay for a new rear end and getting it swapped in and now the car is not safe on the road. Thanks Freddie's!

I wish I can give these guys a half of a star they are not no mechanics they rip you off they take…read moreyour money they sit there and tell you something's wrong with your car and just to get a price and then once you pay the price your car is still acting up my jeep was recently overheating and I take it in to get fixed they said the piece was going to be 50 bucks then when I I went to get it fixed it went from 50 to 225 then as soon as I get my car back my car goes from cool to hot with within 15 minutes so I call him and I take it back on Monday and yet instead of them looking at my car and trying to figure out what's wrong they told me to come back Tuesday so that I bring my car back Tuesday and then they leave my car sitting outside from 9:00 a.m. all the way to 6:00 p.m. to tell me supposedly there ain't nothing wrong with my car is not leaking oil and they're trying to suggest me buying a head gasket which remind you if you know how much a head gasket cost yeah so then I get my car don't get it fixed from them I take it down the street to marez Auto service they get my car in the same exact day and all it was was a thermostat I asked him at Richard's automotive if they even check my thermostat when they had my car sitting out there on Tuesday and he said no why didn't they check it I have no clue but they never checked my thermostat but he wanted to tell me my gasket was bad so marez Auto service replaced my thermostat and my car is running perfectly fine so if I was you do not use these ripoffs I was talking to the do that fix on cars and he told me he don't even fix on car seats just follows what the other dude does he's brand new to everything so I don't know if y'all want to mechanic like that we lost car and go right ahead but if I was off I will not give me no business no service whatsoever marez Auto service is best think twice befor they scamm you once again marez Auto service is da best
