No hello's, no warm welcome just a what do you need?. He took my info and keys and not another word from him. So I sat in 1 of 3 hard plastic chairs waiting in I guess what they call a waiting room. About an hour into it he said yours is on the rack so shouldn't be much longer. Not much longer must equate to another hour. This dealership service department is so unprofessional. The employees weren't wearing company shirts and they were wearing shorts, not uniform shorts one was wearing cut off denim shorts. They were answering and talking to customers on speaker phone. I sat there for right at 2 hours waiting to get a simple oil change and heard them complain and make comments about customers the whole time. The young service man, in a Ford uniform, that brought the paperwork and my keys in was the nicest one there. So kudos to him. Would I go back there? Nope!

I'm either throwing a code within 48 hours of having been serviced or the job wasn't done properly resulting in leaking oil or fuel from a fuel filter replacement. After a few days they had called me and let me know a rear main output seal for the transmission I had provided did not fit so they went ahead and purchased the correct one and just added the cost to my bill which was fine. The rear end was leaking so I also asked them to replace the pinion seal & flange on the differential, when they finally called me and told me the car was ready for pickup they also informed me that the flange i had provided did not fit. Instead of letting me know and purchasing the correct part like they did for the transmission, they just put the pinion nut back on called it a day. After having my car for a few days I noticed a couple of things, the rear end leak had been spilling out way more fluid and it had started making a clunking sound from the rear end. I took it back to the shop and told them about the sound and the leak. A couple days later after their "diagnosis" was done and they called me back I was quoted $2300 for new parts and labor, and even though the rear end was the problem it never made it to the quote. I talked to the mechanic and basically he told me that it was all my fault and I must have been beating on the car (the car was being granpa driven because I was breaking the clutch in) and the new clutch was "putting too much stress" on the old parts. I declined their service and took it home until I could get it diagnosed at my job (the ford dealership) and after it got a 2nd and 3rd opinion it became apparent that my differential is a ticking time bomb because the proper procedures (backlash/preload) were never followed. If I had brought the car back I would have been down $3500 and the problem they started in the first place would have never been fixed in the first place. My car is just sitting now because I now have to pay for a new rear end and getting it swapped in and now the car is not safe on the road. Thanks Freddie's!

I…read morecame here for what was supposed to be a free service: to get my tires rotated and balanced. 500 miles later my front right wheel almost flew off while driving. Ended up costing me 270 dollars for new lug nuts and a new wheel hub assembly. Not to mention the damage done to my wheels. The employees did not use a torque wrench. All of my wheel studs were ripped clean off, except for one. Only 2 lug nuts remained on my vehicle and one was still attached to the wheel stud despite it being ripped clean off. Sounds like a textbook OVER TIGHTENING to me. Luckily I realized that something was wrong and pulled over moments before my wheel could've flown off. My vehicle was stranded in the desert out by Bottomless Lake. I will be in the store on Monday seeking compensation.

We called this Discount Tire (the nearest one to us at the time) and an absolute angel named Jayson answered the phone. He said he would stay at work late to help us out so we didn't have to camp on the side of the road for the night. When we arrived, he was there with his boss. Both men were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place. Luckily, the tire had the protection warranty on it and the new tire was in stock and fully covered. We were on our way in no time. What could've been a disaster for our trip, turned out to be an experience that renewed our faith in humanity and good old-fashioned customer service. He started telling me which year I bought the tire and seemed to think I didnt have a warranty on it and didnt even check the computer. I had to pull out a receipt on him. I asked him if he was sure that that didnt count on the warranty or if I had a warranty and he told me "look at them" (the tires I guess?). The response was uncalled for and he really kept going back to the burn out story and I assured him that I did not do that. (Wouldn't more of my tires be worn if I was burning out? It's an AWD vehicle) Im just going to take my business elsewhere after this episode. I'm sure I didnt come off as rude but if I can steer anyone away from this place, I did what I came to do.
