I have never encountered such an unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright hostile business in my life. This towing company should feel ashamed of how they treat people -- especially those who serve this country. My fiancé is currently deployed overseas, and his vehicle was towed due to a petty neighbor complaint. I called to try and get information and was met with a man who was beyond rude -- he cursed at me, spoke over me, and showed zero empathy or professionalism. When I mentioned that my fiancé is currently serving in the military, he mocked the situation and continued being combative. Absolutely disgusting. When I went in person to try and resolve the issue, the woman at the front desk treated me like a criminal. She threatened to kick me out and told me I'd need to come back with law enforcement -- for simply asking questions in a calm tone. She escalated the situation for no reason at all and behaved like I was doing something wrong for just trying to get my deployed fiancé's car released. This company does not care about customer service, compassion, or decency. They act like bullies, and I'm honestly horrified they are allowed to operate. I want to speak with a corporate manager or someone from the state who oversees business practices like this. People should not have to deal with this kind of abuse from a business -- especially while dealing with the stress of a family member serving in the military. Do better. Or get shut down. read more

God forbid it's cold outside and you need your tire changed!! They won't change the just put in air and follow you while you drive on the flat to the repair shop and then criticize me about my vocabulary because I waited an hour because "It's cold outside!!" POOR SERVICE!!! My TIRE HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE I DROVE IT FLAT, thanks guys . Find employees that will do their job even in the cold! read more

That company is the worst company ever! They have a tow guy that said his name was Adam. Messed my car up. So the owner stated he would buy an pay for my car to be fixed! Carlos is a huge liar. Now I'm suing the company. He needs to know you don't mess my mustang up an not pay for it. Not a push over girl! On top of the tow truck driver made me put my car on the truck. As we got to apex...he put a block under my broken rim. That block then went into my right rocker arm! Also mind you I was recording it all! Also at apex he had my cars weight on my front bumper! That the lower shield on my bumper needs to be replaced! All under 1000 an the owner is refusing to pay for what his driver did. Reliable, reasonable honest service. I broke down in March on my way to Texas from CA in the middle of nowhere. Made me feel at ease, did a great tow, took me to a good hotel and delivered my car back to me with repairs completed for a reasonable price. Highly recommend July 19, 2017. After getting bad gas in Tx during my trip to CA I broke down again in Clovis, NM. Fortunately my roadside service contacted Carlos to complete my tow. Even though it was after 5, Carlos did a repair on my car I didn't expect till the next day and delivered the car to my motel. Reasonable pricrs, honest, so very helpful, great customer service. Having a 1984 RV with low clearance and long overhang break down at night 40 miles from civilization is not how I would have chosen to begin my vacation. I called AAA and was informed they had no contract towing in the area, but they would try to find someone. They sent out Carlos Pena, who owns C and D Towing in Clovis, NM. I have had bad experiences with towing in the past and was more than a little skeptical. I was watching as I saw Carlos do everything correctly, and even more securely than I might have asked. The communication, the reassurance, the positive attitude. the knowledge.. it was all over the top. Clovis had a big event going on that weekend, so most businesses were closed. Im spite of that, Carlos went above and beyond any duty to help me, and I was back on the road the next afternoon. As I waited, I saw person after person come by the business to talk or ask for help or advice. Most seemed to be people he had helped before, and they all were happy with his work and were comfortable asking questions and relying on his expertise.
