On my truck they chipped my door down to the metal, looks like they locked the keys in the truck and jammed a pair of pliers in the door seal to open it. On our Yukon, it had to go back 5 times and still had issues. They have no quality control of what comes out of their shop! They had to pull the head liner to fix the room and in doing so there were foot prints left on it, broke our DVD entertainment system and created a leak somehow. When we confronted them, they did clean the headliner, but for the DVD system they just said, "they don't make the factory one anymore" and said if you find one we will pay for it...ok, cool you will pay for it, but if you cant find it how am I going too...they basically blew it off! They had to repaint the hood and right front quarter panel to fix a big dent, in the clear coat there was dust everywhere. If you bring your car here be ready to bring it back a few times!
