Waiting for 15 minutes for an oil change before they even open the door for you when they have a bay open ia terrible service!! I told him usually I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and they go ahead and wave you in and get you set up even if they have another car or else why have 2 bays? They were able to take the car in right then, gave me a ride home. And hours later, I called. They picked me up and told me the work done. They replaced one rotor, grinded the other and replaced brake pads. They also fixed a loose hose I had that prevented me from using any windshield wiper fluid. The total price was extremely fair.
