Customer service can make or break a business reputation. On more then one occasion of frequenting…read morethis auto parts store at this location in the past year, I've walk out thinking to myself "what the F just happened or did I come here." Mainly do to the customer service that was given or not given. There are three or four other auto parts store within a mile or two of this Autozone that I'll probably go to before them. Two stars because they have the basic stuff I need and they give a discount/sale on most stuff.

Very friendly and professional staff. I brought my car in the morning right after work. Told the…read moreclerks that my brakes were basically grinded to bone and sounded like metal on metal. They were able to take the car in right then, gave me a ride home. And hours later, I called. They picked me up and told me the work done. They replaced one rotor, grinded the other and replaced brake pads. They also fixed a loose hose I had that prevented me from using any windshield wiper fluid. The total price was extremely fair. I usually only take my car to the dealership for maintenance but I'm very glad to have found this shop in Clovis. Def recommend it.

I arrived and a nice garage with a decent waiting room. The staff were helpful and very kind. They told me within 30mins I will be back on the road with a new muffler. And of course this was held true. Only $50 quick and painless I will come back here with any future problems no doubt in my mind. I recommend those who want your car worked on professionally.
