After the…read morefirst winter, we noticed a significant puddling issue in one area of the new driveway during snow melts. We contacted the company, shared multiple pictures, and repeatedly asked them to address the problem. We specifically pointed out a visible hump in the driveway that appeared to be preventing the water from draining, including a photo where we circled the hump with the water collecting behind it. We also had a detailed discussion with the company about our concern with winter pooling and the importance of finding a long-term solution. We asked whether grading, additional substrate, or compaction could help prevent the problem. After multiple follow-ups, they eventually returned in the fall of 2025 to address the issue. Unfortunately, the same area has continued to collect water during winter thaws. We recently contacted them again, and they came out to look at the driveway. However, we were not able to come to an agreement on a solution. Their position was that the issue was due to seasonal ground movement and "mother nature." We understand that seasonal ground movement is a reality in New England, but our concern is that a completely new driveway should be designed and installed to provide reliable drainage under normal seasonal conditions at the property. The same area has collected standing water during winter thaws for two consecutive winters, even after the driveway was replaced a second time. We also don't see the same issue with the neighboring driveways. When the water freezes, it creates a sheet of ice in the driveway, which creates a significant slipping hazard. We are disappointed that the drainage issue with the new driveway has still not been resolved.

I was skeptical at first, but after seeing how professional and prompt their work was, I must say I'm a satisfied customer. They brought all the right equipment and there were plenty of workers who finished the job exactly as promised. Best of all, the owner of the company was always there on site to make sure everything was right. One nice thing was how the job site was always kept clean, and they seemed to take pride in their work. Only downside was they were a bit hard to reach at first; however they always called back. I would certainly use this company again.

It honestly looks better now than it did before. I was working unfortunately while he was here. I could see him from my window though and you could see how much he cared about it looking great. I wish I knew he was just going to leave after. I wanted to thank him for such a great job. He just cleaned everything up and left. Left no trace that he was there other than a great job. That is the tell-tale sign of a company that cares about the customer. The price was more than fair for the quality of work. The whole process was quick and easy, and everything came out exactly how we wanted. I would absolutely recommend them. If you need work done, just hire them. I would again in a heartbeat if I needed anything done.

Scheduling was also very quick. They were so meticulous with the crack sealant, the lawn and planting bed trimming along the driveway edge and the sealcoating itself. I was very impressed with the high quality nature of the product they used as well as the squeegee/brush application that they provided. The day that the sealcoating was applied a delivery person walked on the wet driveway and caused damage. The next morning I reached out to Jim and he graciously came out to repair the damage caused the delivery person. My driveway is close 1/4 mile long and was loaded with cracks. I've lived in this location for 20 years and never sealed it prior to today. Gail is their scheduler and she kept me constantly updated with their schedule as rain prevented them from doing the job. (I do not believe the review below from the guy in Truro as there is no way these guys would go 2 hours one-way to the end of the cape from their home base to seal a driveway so I totally ignore that review and particularly the way these guys managed my job) They had to reschedule a couple of times because rain threatened the job and they will not come and work with any threat of rain. Gail was great and called me to confirm they would be here at 8 AM this morning and they were at work at 8 am on my driveway. They first applied hot tar to every crack in the driveway. Sounds like not a big deal but it was; I had cracks everywhere. Julian and his crew of four went to work with hot tar crack filler and then followed that with hand squeegee application of sealer. They do not spray paint the sealer and squeegee it on for total coverage. The driveway looks great and they worked hard for four hours to complete the job. Julian and his crew were very polite, contentious, and took great pride in their work.
