I requested the cutting of two small trees that were growing thru my stockade fence. The people who are estimating the job are not the people doing the cutting. I requested the trees to be cut from my neighbor's yard close to the ground. I was told that they may be able to cut one of them near the ground. the technician who cut the tree came at 4:30 and was in a hurry to call it a day and return back to the office. He assured me that was the best he could do. It has been about 3 weeks since they cut the tree flush to my fence. There are leaves and shoots already growing thru the fence. I told them that I was unhappy and since I am going to have a new fence in about a month, could they come back when the panel is being replaced and cut it like I had requested. I was told that they could not honor fixing the job they rushed, and I would have to pay again for the completion of the first job. I will definitely get estimates and not use Arbor Tech for any future services. It was like dealing with the cable company. I waited all afternoon and at 3:00 pm I called and asked are they still coming today. They show up at 4:30 pm took 10 minutes and they were proud at how quick they were in and out. Get a second estimate and make sure the quote is on the proposal and the cutting technician is matching the quote to the letter. Hope that you are not the job at the end of their shift. I felt like they were just getting the job done and did not really care to make it right. I paid $350.00 for a 10-minute cut, flush to my old fence. When I replace the section with new fence, they can't be bothered to cut it back to what was written on the job. They told me that the tree is an invasive species. It only took 3 weeks, and it is already growing thru my fence again. I did learn who not to call for tree work in the future. Germaine

He came over as requested when he finished with my neighbor, walked around the yard while I pointed out what i needed done. He gave me a quote on the spot and a planned day and time. He showed up, did all the work and cleaned up all the brush and used his chipper for most of it . I am thrilled with his work and work ethic. His pricing was very fair and reasonable and I didn't even need to shop around because no one was going to beat the price. He stacked the wood from the tree and then used his backpack blower to clean up anything left in the yard and driveway. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work as well as does the gentleman that was there helping him.

They completed complete de-weeding of 3 major areas of our yard IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS! I have no idea how they worked so efficiently. After the cleanup was completed, Savvas took me around to explain how we can now maintain this beautiful yard we have back and I feel empowered as a homeowner. Advising against removal ( we are in a very tree protected town), we opted to trim the encroaching branches. The three crew members of Arbor Care were incredibly professional, detailed, and careful throughout the multi hour trimming 'event'. All the offending branches some 50 feet off the ground were expertly trimmed and removed without leaving a spare leaf littering the ground. They put padding on the driveway and lawn to guard against their equipment damaging anything during ground contact leaving no trace from heavy equipment contact. Overall, the finest tree service in the land that got me out of a jam. Thanks!!
