She has earned my trust through her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to consistently achieve the exact look I prefer. Because my nails grow quickly, regular maintenance is important, and Yvonne has always provided exceptional service. She is also the only nail technician I trust with my pedicures. After a previous technician damaged my toenails and caused painful ingrown toenails, I became very cautious about who I allowed to perform nail services. Yvonne has always been careful, knowledgeable, and attentive, giving me complete confidence in her work.

Had that been clearer, I would have chosen the $40 spa package with the $15 gel upgrade for a $55 total instead. I also had to ask for the chair massager to be turned on, and the remote didn't work. The massage was uncomfortable, so I asked her to turn it off. Unfortunately, the roller was left positioned/engaged in my back, so I then sat through the rest of the pedicure with it pressing into me. The pedicure itself was uncomfortable as well. The massage on my lower legs and shins used far too much pressure and was actually painful rather than relaxing. I chose a classic pink-and-white French pedicure, and the finished result was the biggest disappointment. The white tips were not aligned or consistent from nail to nail, so they don't match and look poorly finished. Needless to say, I now have to get them all redone before my son's wedding, which is incredibly frustrating after paying $70 for a pedicure. Unfortunately, this was neither the relaxing experience nor the quality I expected, and I would not return.

I am deeply saddened to write this review. I will start off by saying that if you're going to come…read morehere, please please call ahead and book with Jimmy. He's the reason this place has high ratings. He's the owner and does his best to remember everyone's' names. He is so friendly and does an amazing job. Do not come here to get your nails or pedicure done by anyone else. I came to this location multiple times and thought I had found my spot with Jimmy, up until the point Jimmy had an emergency and had the lady at the front (to the right when you come in through the doors) take over and do my nails and omg. The worse service I've ever gotten and the first time I spoke up at any salon. Here is what happened: She was in charge of the phones with Jimmy being out and kept repeatedly throwing the phone close to me saying she hated the spam calls. She kept coughing (she was sick) and would cough onto her hands and proceed to do my nails and touch my hands (no mask). She kept pressing my thumb down telling me to relax. I did and tried to tell her if she forcefully holds my thumb it's hard to relax and she kept pressing my thumb to the point it caused some pain. She was doing French tips on me and she said that she hated doing French tips because it took a long time. There was a couple that came in and she had the guy wait 45 minutes next to his gf with no service. An older Hispanic lady with limited English came in and asked for a pedicure. She asked for the wait and the lady doing my nails said 5 minutes. Took 30 minutes. But get this, she was going to sit her on the chair the dude was at with his feet in the plastic bag! I spoke in Spanish to the lady letting her know they need to change the plastic. The lady doing my nails was like "you speak Spanish? What are you telling her" I'm like "I'm telling her you need to change the plastic bag on that chair." She was like "why would I do that. There was no water. " I then said "yes but the guys bare feet were in there for 45 minutes'!" She's like "when you go to the beach you touch ground that everyone walks" I was baffled she was arguing with me! This is a paid service not a free walk on the beach. I called Jimmy letting him know I can't come back because now I feel the hostility and the service was terrible. She also didn't give me what I wanted with the color and I told her this and she said no it looked fine. I've seen the other ladies. They give the meanest attitude towards customers if they don't understand what they need to do with their feet. They have this weird counter thing where you put the heels of your foot over it. It's so weird and if you've never seen one you would be confused on what to do. They don't explain it and just point and get super mad when you don't understand. Seen it on multiple occasions I've been here. Overall please just ask for Jimmy and have him do your manicure and pedicure. I feel bad because he tries really hard and does a fantastic job. My nails always lasted 3-4 weeks with him. Now I'm onto Russian manicures because I'm so done.

I found Phanie's through IG and saw a few of her nail techs had openings this week. Giselle's work was impressive I sent her a message to ask a few questions to make sure I booked correctly for the services I wanted. The salon was clean and had a comfortable feel to it. As a new client anywhere, sometimes things get awkward, but that was not at all the case here. Giselle got right to work and conversation was easy. She helped me decide on an acrylic color and before I knew it, I had a fresh set of beautiful nails. I walked out low-key feeling like a baddie! My deposit went towards my total and there was zero issues with my total/payment and service. There are a ton of nail techs in Vegas, but quality ones are hard to find! Thanks again, Giselle!
