Ivy and Joe, I think thats his name are great, the young guy in the back is amazing, I took my granddaughter in with me 2 weeks ago to get her nails done she's only 10 this was her first professional manicure the young man in the back took very good care of her he was so sweet and she was so excited. the only person I really don't care for is the older short manicurist he's two talkative and it seems like he's asking questions that I'm uncomfortable with but I didn't say anything to him I did later on till ivy that I was not impressed and that he is not to touch my hands or my feet.. come to find out my soon-to-be daughter-in-law is to get her nails done there and her mom did too back when she was in high school I believe they've been around a while trust me they are trusted.. looking forward to a pedicure again and I might look into getting some waxing.. read more

I HATE to have to give a 3 star review but I have to be honest about my experience at this salon. It's specifically in regard to the pedicure and the final results. I have been here before and Ivy has given me a perfect pedicure 2x. I usually make my appointment a day or two in advance but I got done with work early and decided to try my luck with anyone who could get me in last minute. I was able to score an appointment for 4pm. When I arrived I was greeted by a man whose name I never got. He asked if I had an appointment and when I told him yes he began to set up for my pedicure. So far so good. Then sitting tucked away behind a counter I saw Ivy. I SHOULD have asked if she could do it instead but my politeness screwed me! I used to be a manicurist and I know how it works. There's a rotation so each person working that day gets a fair amount of services. Because I didn't ask for Ivy at the time I made the appt I felt this weird guilt about saying something in front of the guy setting up my pedicure. Stupid me!! I sat down once he was done setting up and to be fair he was very polite the entire time. When he started my pedicure to remove my polish he pulled out the drill. I kindly asked "do you need that if it's not gel?" Knowing the answer. He replied no then began removing the polish with acetone. I warned him I had a thin layer of acrylic on my big toes. He asked if he could cut my nails. I told him yes. However, I shouldn't have. When you cut nails with an acrylic overlay you have to be very careful you don't crack the acrylic and make it unevenly shaped. Well, that's exactly what happened on the left big toe. Ugh! He didn't even check my ingrown toe nails which I'm very prone to getting. Ivy is a master at getting those suckers out. He didn't shape the nails evenly or well. The scrub and massage were very nice. I had the Deluxe Pedicure which came with hot stones. I did enjoy that part. Next things get real bad. I chose a sparkly red and it was thick and gooey. At the end I pointed out that it was lumpy on several of the toes. He tried to "fix" it with the corrector brush but it was beyond repair. He told me the polish was very thick and admitted he should have suggested I pick another color. I asked if we could change it and told him honestly I would go home & remove it. He apologized and did let me pick another color and he Re polished them. I WISH I could say they were beautiful. They just weren't. The polish from the red glitter was still all over my skin, the new color was too or it didn't even go all the way to the skin on some toes. The edges of my big toes were uneven from where the acrylic cracked. It was just not good. I had to go home refile and Re polish my toes afterwards. Again, he apologized and was very polite throughout the service but good polishing is not a skill this gentleman has. Please sir, just practice a bit. Maybe Ivy can show you how. This is not only a brutally honest review but an apology to IVY because I FAILED to request her and boy did I pay the price. read more

I go in every two weeks to a month, depends on me changing my colors not on the service. I can literally probably wait two months for service. It's such an amazing job, but I like to change my color and I really enjoy the moment. You have a massage chair. There are four different tears of pedicures that you can get., I personally enjoy the one with the smelly, good lotion and the smelly good stuff. I don't know what it's called. Ask them. I usually get the two guys doing my toes and they are amazing and I truly enjoyed this experience. I love going. I have a great time with my friend when we do go. The guys are great. Went into master nails after not being there in a while new technician Nick was there did a horrible job polish all over my toes my hands, nails, uneven, crooked, very bad experience and I'm sorry that this is happening. I have been going to this nail shop for almost 4 years hadn't been in a few months because I was working, but I will not return. They need to get better technicians. Nick talked to much and does not focus he also seam to have did some type of drug honestly moving all fast moving his mouth around. This was a very bad quality pedicure by David. It took him 3 attempts to trim my nails correctly, he didn't apply base coat to most of my nails, and he didn't add a 2nd coat of polish. I recently moved to the area and was in need of a nail tech. I went there 4 times. 2 times two different length nails, 2 different styles. I was charged 80.00. Days later I asked for a fill and replace one nail was charged $60.00. Today I went and asked to replace two nails basic color nothing extra and was charged $20.00 basically 10.00 per finger on a basic one color, then asked about the tip, i felt horrible when i could not tip because I did not expect yo pay 20.00 for 2 basic nails. I'm just completely done going here after all these years. Their is one actually one great tec her name is Kris. If you see anyone else they will refuse and try to convince you that just using a filling drill is how it's is to remove gel polish. It isn't! It's laziness!! I've had my nails done for many years (I don't want to date my self) but I've always had cotton balls soaked with acetone put over each nail bed. They don't/won't here, the consistency of filling off the gel polish leaves your nails VERY thin and breakable. I've tried off and on to explain that to them. It sadness that I will not be returning due to it is very close to my home and Kris is great! Sadly only one nail tec isn't enough to keep me comeback after all these years. Will the salon being sold at least 2x I've know of the work has gone down hill. Yes the shop is beautiful and the remodel looks great but my nails can't take it anymore here. Very unhappy. read more
