When I received the call to schedule the visit, I was told the inspection would take three hours. Our home is barely over 1000 square feet, single level, and two years old. No attic, no basement, no roof to consider. My wife was certain the inspection would be done in under an hour. To our chagrin, Reid conducted the most thorough inspection we've ever experienced, using all kinds of gadgets to check for moisture/leaks behind the walls, radiation leaking from the microwave, etc. He left no stone unturned and took up almost the entire estimated three hours. He did find a builder defect/error in our electrical panel, but no other major issues, which was comforting to us given how comprehensive he was. I've had several home inspections done in my lifetime and Reid's was by far the most thorough. Highly recommend.

She was on top of her job. She made sure everything was in place prior to the home inspection so there were no hiccups. Overall, very pleased with the experience. If you live in the Hoopili area, I strongly advise you do business with them. If you live elsewhere, I still strongly advise you do business with this company! Thank you Reid and Jasmine!

At the end of the inspection he patiently went through the list of inspected items and answered all of our questions. We received the report the very same day. It was great to work with them and you should definitely contact them for your home inspection needs.

My personal experience left me wishing the report had been more thorough in capturing both major and minor details. see attached picture.

He didn't just "check boxes", he truly inspected the home. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, what was normal for homes in Hawaii, what might need attention later, and what was genuinely important. As first-time buyers in this environment, that level of honesty and education meant everything to us. What really stood out was how patient and detail-oriented he was. He never made us feel rushed, answered every single question (and I had a lot), and helped us understand not just the condition of the home, but how to take care of it long-term. He pointed out maintenance tips, climate-specific issues, and even things that would save us money long term. His report was extremely clear, organized, and easy to understand. No scare tactics. No vague language. Just real, helpful information that made us feel confident moving forward. Buying a home is stressful, but having an inspector like this on your side makes a huge difference. If you want someone who is honest, thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the buyer experience, this is your person. If I'm being honest, I chose this company based on the fact there was thermal imaging for moisture detection or electrical overheating in the walls and drone imaging for a thorough look of the roof condition, but in the end I'm so glad we didn't get someone else. We are so grateful we chose him! Like I truly cannot say that enough.
