They mentioned several items around the pipe, but not the pipe. The pipe it turns out is the water main for a house behind ours and now we are stuck with trying figure out how to deal with it. They haven't responded to use after emailing them about it. That is the same thing i read in another review below. I would never have left this review if they would respond and have a conversation with us about it.

No attic, no basement, no roof to consider. My wife was certain the inspection would be done in under an hour. To our chagrin, Reid conducted the most thorough inspection we've ever experienced, using all kinds of gadgets to check for moisture/leaks behind the walls, radiation leaking from the microwave, etc. He left no stone unturned and took up almost the entire estimated three hours. He did find a builder defect/error in our electrical panel, but no other major issues, which was comforting to us given how comprehensive he was.
