He did not understand the unique nails at shingle above the gutters (they are epoxied ribbed nails). He also was creepy and took pictures of our interior and bedrooms. Why when he was only supposed to look at our roof. Weird. Our insurance dropped us! I tried to call DH Home Inspections and talk to them about it and they refused to call back.
