This guy is a literal scam artist, and a menace to society. Did not even notify me that there was Polybutylene plumbing in the house I bought. He said, "The plumbing is all new!" I found Kaimi via Yelp and he inspected the property we were in the processing of purchasing. Kaimi responded quickly and set a date in a timely manner. The home was a pre-forclosure, so we were a little worried about the condition of the home. Kaimi was very thorough, professional and detailed. The home inspection was very thorough. All aspects of the inspection were explained and considering the unit is very small, he still made sure I was satisfied. All that said, one issue that had me frustrated and upset for almost 4 months. This issue was overlooked by the designer/developer/ seller. As arrogant as he was I am not surprised. To benefit the home inspector for future inspections...if the home buyer has a new, front loading washer, Please look for the shipping bolts, that they have been removed!!!! The washer shook violently and it was so violent that it shook and moved around so much that it made no sense to as why it was...almost enough I thought that it was about to explode. I was completely baffled as to why as far as to almost contacting Kenmore directly. Finally after googling "front load washer shaking out of control". Well it turns out that you running it with no clothes in as you did, it would have looked normal. Plenty of water and draining and all that. Please please check for the shipping bolts and that they have been removed. Especially if you inspect for the idiot that remodeled this home!!! Thank you! Great job otherwise!!! read more
