I requested online an inspection of my new home before the one-year warranty expires. Bryan Naff replied within minutes that he felt he couldn't recommend an inspection since he didn't want to charge me for a report if he wasn't able to give me anything of value. As generalists, inspectors can't magically find things we wouldn't have noticed by living in the home.
