When first contacting this company everything seemed great. I scheduled for my sign to be replaced,…read morebut shortly after was told they needed to order the product so my project wouldn't be able to be done for another week. 1) A few weeks went by and nobody had reached out to me, I had to follow up with them to see if they had received the product. 2) During installation I messaged and sent pics to the company showing them that the sign was being installed incorrectly, both wrong position and wrong size. The company assured me it would be correct. The next day I arrived to see that indeed the sign was in the wrong position and was much larger than I had ordered. 3) The company took more than 2 weeks to correct the issues and do the reinstall. This caused me to get additional charges from my property management for utilizing more signage. 4) The final results were less than amazing. There are scratches in the print that the company blamed on the fixture, BUT these scratches were not present with the first incorrect installation and I was never made aware of any type structure issues that would result in scratches. After installation I was not sent an invoice or quality checked until 4 weeks later. At this point I brought up my issues again and asked if I could receive some sort accommodations for my bad experience and extra charges I had incurred due to the first incorrect installation. I was told no and charged full price. Also during this time the company wouldn't answer calls and would only text. I never even received an apology for their mistakes.
