I contacted Sam to inquire first about filling a chip. He responded promptly and with reasonable…read morepricing. In the few days between that and me getting down to the shop, I had something (a tool? A rock?) fly into my windshield on the 163, leaving a hole almost the circumference of the bottom of a soda can. This would require a full windshield replacement. I contacted Sam, then my insurance. Sam tried to get OEM glass but of course Progressive declined. Regardless, Sam managed the filing of the claim in a 3-way call with me and Progressive, then we set the appointment right away. I was able to do my computer work in their waiting room while I waited. Sam and his partner switched out the glass in less than two hours, leaving my SUV spotless. The glass is calibrated and all of the features still work perfectly. It is not often you find a business that goes above and beyond, but this is one of three I've found in SD (another one is Wizard of Water Heaters, and I've since found a clock repair shop in El Cajon that is amazing- DM me if needed! ;-)). I would highly recommend Sam for any auto glass needs you may have!

Grace hits the sweet spot on all metrics. Met Joseph him on Friday afternoon. Dropped off car Saturday at 9am and by 10:30 done! BMW factory moulding was installed. My car looks like new again. They completed the repair and I just assumed it was done correctly. When I needed to use it, all buttons on the drivers side window were badly messed up when they weren't before. Nothing was set back together correctly or something is broken. I reached back out and their response is "Hello okay so I spoke to oscar and he said that witch him what he fixed it does not connect to the buttons " This makes no sense.
