How refreshing is was to meet with Joseph, the owner. On sight, knowledgeable, genuine and customer oriented and done right the first time. Not cheapest, not the most expensive. Grace hits the sweet spot on all metrics. Met Joseph him on Friday afternoon. Dropped off car Saturday at 9am and by 10:30 done! BMW factory moulding was installed. My car looks like new again. This is a very delayed review, however I just remembered my experience here and thought I'd leave a review. In 2021 I had a windshield replaced by this company. They showed up on time at my house. The technician did not speak english so he didn't tell me any after aftercare instructions. The install went fine- however, after I wiped down my car. I noticed the windshield was not flush with the frame of the car. The glass would rebound in and out if pressure was applied on the glass. So I called to say I think it was installed outside of the channel, and the person who answered the phone (had a thick accent) said "please hold for a moment" then forgot to mute himself and screamed "OH MY GOD I HOPE HE DIDN'T F*** UP THE GLUE" then picked the phone back up and said not to touch it and its normal. I rarely drive this car and it's never in the elements so I don't know if it has sealed properly..... Definitely won't use this shop again. read more

This place and its staff needs a 10 star rating. True customer service is a dying art. When someone goes out of their way to help you, to do an awesome job, to tell you the truth and not over charge you or take advantage of you. Grace Auto Glass could give lessons on how to do Customer Service right. My review is about a month late, but my feeling of satisfaction and awe still lingers. My windshield got hit with a rock from behind a big rig, twice! I was lucky the first time, the second time, CRACK and a spider web slowly started. My husband was supposed to take care of it before we left for a road trip, but he didn't. That means I was dealing with it super last minute. Trying to find a place that could replace the windshield fast. Safelite is a complete insurance scammer. They overcharge and do a crappy job. I know this from experience. We had them come out to the house to fix my husband's windshield. They were stupid expensive and messed it up the first time. Not worth it. Still, I tried to see if they could fit me in. I was desperate. They wanted almost $1K to replace my windshield cause I have some sort of spiffy technology that requires them to blah, blah, blah. NO! I found Grace Auto Glass on line 5 stars, awesome comments. I called them up. I chatted with a lovely gentleman, yes they do still exist. He was a pleasure to speak with and he was able to fit me in, get the right windshield I needed. My car was ready the next morning, ready for our road trip. Their price was very competitive, and they give $10 off if you check in with Yelp. I was scheduled for the next day, early in the morning. Got a crack in my windshield and it continued to spread over 2 days, insurance didn't cover it so the hung began. I first went to safelight and the cost did not meet my budget as well as the how long they wanted to keep my car (a full day) I yelped and found this gem and went straight over after calling! The gentleman that answered was super friendly and told me to come right in! After reviewing my windshield he offered a more generous price as well as a hour and a half timeframe! I made a dumb mistake and broke the windshield of my brand new truck's front windshield. Now, to say that I love this truck is an understatement. It might as well have been a Ferrari that I turned over to Grace auto glass. I was driving to Colorado the next day and it was pouring rain when I brought it to them. They took me in that day and replaced the windshield with a brand new US made windshield and I can't tell that it didn't come this way from the factory. Beautiful work, honest people, great service. Had such a good experience here! My windshield had 2 big cracks in it and I needed to get it repaired asap and didn't want to wait days or weeks or spend a crazy amount of money. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to take my car in the same day to get it replaced. It took about an hour/hour and a half to replace it and I just sat in the lobby and relaxed until then. The main guy who I believe is the owner who sits at the desk was super helpful and nice.
