We spoke and showed him around and explained all the details of the project and how we want the end result to be and he patiently listened to all our needs and also gave his suggestions. He gave us advice about the materials too and gave an estimate of the cost and timeline. I hired them for remodelling my living room, found them through yelp and reached out, they responded real quick and than we had a call to discuss the project, next day their manager was at our house to have a look, discuss details, listen to our project expectations and ideas. We showed him some pictures and he suggested his own ideas we had a good discussion he wasn't in a hurry and that's what i liked. He provided us the approximate cost of the renovation which was lesser compared to 4 other contractors i also discussed the project with. I hired them, they met the deadlines, everyday after work the workers cleaned after and left my house clean, they didn't cause any disturbances and wore masks all the time. A very pleasant experience i could say. The reason why I contacted Sam was a hole in the roof of my house. I have noticed recently some noise and it appeared to be water dropping from the ceiling.
