I had to walk out of the room, and go to the front desk to ask to be rescheduled since my appointment was taking so long/delayed. The staff at the front desk could not have cared less, didn't look at me, didn't apologize, nothing. I ended up just saying I'll find another place. Go ANYWHERE but here.
