Jay was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and transparent. He took the time to walk me through all the plan details, answered every question clearly, and worked hard to find the best possible deal for my family. I never felt pressured -- just genuinely helped. Because of his professionalism, I decided on the spot to transfer all four of my lines. What really impressed me was his follow-through. After I placed the order, he continued to stay on top of everything -- texting me when my phone was ready for pickup in Fremont, coordinating activation even on his day off, and quickly resolving an issue I had with a physical SIM card. Sept 16 was the first day the 14 was made available. Opted to pick it up at the store. Another staff came from the back of the store and handed him my new toy. He went "Wow!! 1 TB?!! Nice!!" I told him I had been surviving with the measly 64GB since 2017. Yes, I had an X. Just like my X would dictate what storage I should and could get, he said then "you do not need more than a 64GB!" I had to listen even though I paid for my own X. My bestie said yesterday that was so extreme, from a 64GB to going ham with a 1TB! I told her that happened when people got repressed for so many years. So yes, I got what I wanted for the first time and I am happy!! To that abusive being, if you are reading this.. I hope you would not stalk me ever again on Yelp or anywhere else. 6/28/26 Oh my! The Lady Duchess is frantic over a text she received this morning from ATT, so…read moreloaded our butts in the car and (her driving, me blindfolded) dashed off to this ATT store. We were greeted by smiling faces, good mornings, how are you. Worked for me, the Duchess on the other hand was in a panic, so Rafaela, sat us down and began to look over the issue. While looking over things, she was soon joined by her manager, Samhhriddi. The text was a spam, so all was right with world. Be wary, there are tons of ATT spam texts. We ended up dropping Verizon and bundling with ATT as they gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, plus we've had an account with ATT for 24 years and it just made since and saved some $'s. Replaced our Verizon cells, and I like my new cell better with its larger screen. The ladies were supremely patient with the duchess who had a yard long list of questions. I will add we were there at 10 AM, so we the first in the door with no wait.

AT&T wireless internet did not work well, and AT&T are scam artists. We've had Comcast for business…read moreinternet for a few years. This year, I experimented with AT&T wireless business internet as a potential cost savings measure. The AT&T internet was advertised at $65 per month. This would have been a decent monthly savings if it worked as well as Comcast. I gave it a few months but the AT&T internet did not work as well as Comcast. Additionally, it was not $65 per month, it was $77. The extra $12 per month was equipment fees and taxes. So I cancelled AT&T, and immediately sent the router equipment back. However I was charged $237 for the equipment, despite the fact that we returned it in perfect condition. I was also charged an additional month, for a total of $314. When I called AT&T, I was told that I had a 30 day grace period from the time I started the account in order to return the equipment. Since I evaluated it a few months, apparently I missed my opportunity to send it back for a refund. This was NOT explained when I started the account. Beware of these scam artist. If you sign up for AT&T business internet, you are not renting the equipment, you are buying it.
