    As a small family business that runs a licensed school, we rely on strong phone and internet…read moreservice to operate smoothly. Unfortunately, our experience with AT&T has been disappointing on almost every level. Internet (Fiber) We pay for AT&T's highest-tier fiber internet for our family business, and the service is awful. The connection is slow, laggy, and unreliable. Our office is just at the end of the yard, and the internet barely reaches it. We're spending premium prices for something that should be fast and consistent - but it's not. Phone Service We have multiple phone lines through AT&T and the bills are extremely high. We've seen random charges like late fees (even though we're on autopay) and out-of-town phone fees that no one can clearly explain. Anytime we try to get help or answers, we're left more confused. In-Person Customer Service The store experience is disappointing. The staff don't seem trained to actually resolve anything and aren't helpful when you bring up billing issues or problems with service. Phone Customer Service Calling AT&T is just as frustrating. Our teacher has waited 30-40 mins on hold more than once. When someone finally answers, they can't explain what's going on or fix the issue. You get transferred around or told to "wait for an email" that never comes. Teacher Discount If you're a teacher for a daycare or preschool and thinking the teacher discount will be a helpful perk - think again. This is now the 4th time in 4mos that I've received the same message telling me to re-submit my documents to prove we're a licensed school. I've already submitted everything 2x & WAS approved -& still, they remove the discount after a short time, then send the same message again. Here's the message I keep getting: "You're almost there! Upload your ID to see if you qualify for the AT&T Teachers and families appreciation offer. You need to submit your proof of eligibility within the next 14 days or you may lose program benefits or any discount you might currently be receiving. Once you've uploaded your doc, keep an eye out for either a confirmation email or a request for more info from us." This has happened every month since I applied. We've only actually received the discount 3x- every other time it's been removed, & now we're on our 4th document request. Overall Experience We're paying for top-tier internet & multiple phone lines, & the service continues to disappoint. Between the unreliable connection, overpriced phone plans, poor support, a broken teacher discount system, we're seriously reconsidering staying with AT&T.

Sept 16 was the first day the 14 was made available. Opted to pick it up at the store. Staff at the door was very prompt in letting all who were there to pick up their new phones to enter the store and directed us to the tables with the staffs ready to help. He led me to Vince (I hope I got the name right. Super friendly guy and asked if I needed help in settling up or if I had any questions. Another staff came from the back of the store and handed him my new toy. He went "Wow!! 1 TB?!! Nice!!" I told him I had been surviving with the measly 64GB since 2017. Yes, I had an X. Just like my X would dictate what storage I should and could get, he said then "you do not need more than a 64GB!" I had to listen even though I paid for my own X. My bestie said yesterday that was so extreme, from a 64GB to going ham with a 1TB! I told her that happened when people got repressed for so many years. So yes, I got what I wanted for the first time and I am happy!! To that abusive being, if you are reading this.. I hope you would not stalk me ever again on Yelp or anywhere else. Karma may be busy at this moment, but eventually they would come for you and you would deserve what you have done to me all these years. Sorry fellow yelpers for trauma dumping on a Sunday evening! Life moves on and it is always best without any toxicity! Back to this store, I walked in and left happily with my well-deserved 14 Pro. The staffs there were amazing and I am so happy to have a wonderful first time experience here. This will be my go to Apple Store from now on. 09.16.2022

    6/28/26 Oh my! The Lady Duchess is frantic over a text she received this morning from ATT, so…read moreloaded our butts in the car and (her driving, me blindfolded) dashed off to this ATT store. We were greeted by smiling faces, good mornings, how are you. Worked for me, the Duchess on the other hand was in a panic, so Rafaela, sat us down and began to look over the issue. While looking over things, she was soon joined by her manager, Samhhriddi. The text was a spam, so all was right with world. Be wary, there are tons of ATT spam texts. We ended up dropping Verizon and bundling with ATT as they gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, plus we've had an account with ATT for 24 years and it just made since and saved some $'s. Replaced our Verizon cells, and I like my new cell better with its larger screen. The ladies were supremely patient with the duchess who had a yard long list of questions. I will add we were there at 10 AM, so we the first in the door with no wait.

Was he power tripping? Not sure, but he was very cold. So after the 60 minute wait, I meet with a rep, who asks for me ID. After running out to the car for my wallet, I saw the rep was already talking to another customer. That boss at the door told me I was back in the queue. Only 30 minutes later did I realize he put me at the very end of the line. Really? Really?? I would have to wait in the queue twice because I left the store for my ID and came back? What is this, monty python? When an elderly guy came in, the boss became so nice and immediately helped him fix the problems, and sent them on their way. That was cool. So he totally had discretion over "policy". But he chose to beat me over the head with the rules. Unreasonable. And rude. I've bought phones here before, with no problems. I guess just toe the line. Or maybe hope that the "don't give a hoot crew" isn't on duty that day. Or skip this location all together.
