Contacted the dealer and they just provided told me what the issues might be based on the engine code that came up, but stated "doesn't make things easy when you are so far away". We then took it to the VW dealer, turns out it needed over $1000 worth of work to fix parts of the Turbo. Might be just be unfortunate maintenance timing for me, but it is frustrating buying a car then having major mechanical issues with it 3 days later that cost me a 10% hit to what I paid for it. Nothing else I can do other that eat the cost of the repairs to a car we just purchased. Update: Since we purchased the vehicle about 7 weeks ago, it has spent about 4 weeks in service at the VW dealer on 3 different occasions. It has numerous bad parts that have cost around $6K to fix. Maybe bad luck, but its hard to believe that much stuff can go wrong in 7 weeks. Pretty disappointed.

We traded in a really great car because he said he could cut us a deal and give us basically two cars for the price of one so my husband and I could both have vehicles. Initially we weren't approved for an auto loan, so we were content to go on our merry way and find some other means of getting a second vehicle, but suddenly, with a little magic and smooth talking from our salesman, we were approved. With an 11% interest rate. We got one vehicle that needed a little love, but very few issues, and another car that was actually newer than the other that was full of problems. We have had to replace the intake manifold, the fuel pump, clutch, mounting brackets in the engine, the "premium" sound system sucks, and when we called to let our salesman know what we were dealing with, he promised to make it right if we came in and talked to him and he would at very least foot part of the bill for repairs since he sold us a hunk of junk. Every time we went in to talk to him, he was always conveniently out of the office. We went in on multiple occasions, at several different times, and never could get a hold of him. Over $2000 in repairs later, there are still things wrong with the car, but at least it runs. Do not go here if you want to be treated fairly and get a reliable vehicle.

That was a lie. The transmission fluid, engine oil, front differential oil and rear differential fluid were all old and over worked. When I went to have that work done I had to pay for it. Just days after buying the truck . The worst part is when they serviced my front differential and found metal shavings. I had my guy open it up and sure enough it's damaged. The front differential gear is ruined. Replacing that will now cost me over 2,000$ after owning the truck a month. I've texted them explaining this and was told "sorry for your frustrations." Team D can't be trusted. If you buy a car from them have a mechanic check it out first. Don't get screwed over.

We were on a two-car trip from Arizona to Seattle when every warning light on our Subaru Forester…read morestarted flashing. It happened at a very difficult time and place, about 150 miles east of St. George and in a snow storm. We stopped in Kanab for an engine test and were told that the transmission had developed a problem that would disable the All-Wheel-Drive. We were told that driving to St. George would not cause further damage to the transmission but the snow storm, without all-wheel-drive, resulted in a very cautious drive to St. George. We called ahead to St. George Transmission and they were familiar with that particular Subaru problem and they had the parts in stock. We decided that our other car, a Ford Transit 350 van handled even worse than the Subaru so while St. George Transmission fixed the Subaru, we had Snow tires put on the van. We have fond memories of St. George and, especially of St. George Transmission. They made our Forester safe to drive, even though the snow storm got worse as we drove on to Seattle. Great company and staff is very knowledgeable in Subaru transmission problems.
