I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue, but regardless, the yelling was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong musty smell, which suggested poor ventilation. After paying, I asked to use the restroom and was rushed to the back where I was shown what can barely be called a bathroom: a toilet and sink in an open space with no door. Instead, there was a thin sheer cloth (about the length of my arm) hanging from the ceiling offering zero privacy. After that, I was quickly ushered into another room and rushed to lay down for the massage. When it was time to leave, one lady aggressively demanded a tip while another woman physically blocked the exit door until we tipped. When we asked if there was an extra $2.00 charge for using a card, the staff member told us, "$2.00 is not too much for you," which was extremely rude and inappropriate -- you should never tell customers what they can or cannot afford. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Its been almost a year since I started going to Avo for weekly massage, and I can honestly say that I have never been unhappy with his work. He's never careless, always polite with a good attitude and mood (which I find very important, if the person is working with your body, because I feel like during the process, he transfers some of his energy to you). In the room there's relaxing music, and scented candles that make it easier to relax and enjoy the massage. Avo is very experienced and has good hands, besides that, he is very well mannered, delicate, knows how to speak a couple of languages and can find a way to reach out to anyone. He always does his best and offers different techniques and choices in order to please even the pickiest clients. From the first day, we've developed a friendly relationship and found a type of a massage that fits my needs. Of course everyone has different preferences, but I am sure Avo will satisfy your requirements. Dont believe me? Come in for one session, and you will see. I highly recommend him! read more

We've had the pleasure of working with Avo multiple times for our private events, and I can confidently say he is one of the best massage therapists we've ever hired. Avo is always punctual, professional, and comes fully prepared. His massage skills are incredibly precise--he knows exactly where to focus and how to provide real relief, even in a short session. Our guests consistently give glowing feedback, saying his touch is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. It's clear he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the experience he provides. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, and professional, Avo is the one to call. Highly recommend him for both events and personal sessions. read more

This man is a bigot who will send texts to your personal cell phone number and preach religious conservative views, telling you he loves you, and calling for repentance. What a weirdo! How inappropriate. He is not a safe person and I strongly recommend staying far from him. I was a loyal customer for years and he suddenly got very weird and made me very uncomfortable so I stopped seeing him. Then out of the blue started texting me again to tell me I was a sinner. Who heals the healer? Who massages the massage therapist? As a professional in the healing arts, I am asked that question often. While I lived in Southern California, the answer to those questions was simple . . . Avo heals and massages me. Avo is professional, reliable, personable, thorough, and versatile in his massage techniques. He is also very energetically attuned and sensitive. Avo regularly worked on me and my family members. I miss getting massages from him and I recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent massage therapist in the Pasadea area. read more

This made for a noisy experience with Lucy constantly taking calls/scheduling on the other side of the wall. For my massage I was brought back to a room 15 minutes after my appointment time. It was not communicated what the wait was for or that there would be one. The massage itself was good.
