Once I got there I was easily checked in and asked to fill the form of where I would like to focus on/avoid which I really appreciated. I highlighted my shoulders/traps area since that is where I carry most of my tension and pain. Upon entering the treatment room, it was quaint and perfect. My therapist started off in the areas that I experience the most pain and quickly helped me relieve the tenderness in those areas which I was so grateful for. I've been into countless other massage rooms where I spend nearly an arm and a leg and don't even provide any relief like my therapist Tina did! I was sooo so grateful, I could've cried. Throughout the whole treatment I felt really comforted and taken care of. Her touch was firm but most of all, perfect. The technique was unlike any other massage I've had in the best way possible.
