I have been a member since this location opened. Overall I have been very pleased with the quality of service and the place is clean as a pin. The trick is to find a good technician and stick with them. I got a really bad massage only one time in the couple of years I have been going there. I could describe it but no one would believe it :) There is some turnover here so you may need to change technicians from time to time but when ever my favorite is moving on I always ask who she would recommend. So far that has worked out great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it is really hard to get appointments on season. read more

I felt very rushed with the intake. Before my massage. Didn't allow time to fill out medical history. Which is very important to a massage therapist. I was there 10 mins. before my appointment. While discussing what my medical issues where. And, what I needed today. I asked therapist to Please focus on lower back, hips and legs. Therapist focused on my L scapula area. "Forever" ... Finally a few moments on the lower back. Therapist did work on the legs. Not bad. But, broke the body contact constantly. Which distracts from the relaxation. While my hair was in a pony tail she grab my hair and pulled out the hair band. My hair is curly. So it was not a good experiance. BTW, I know what a good massage is. I am a LMT. Board Certified Massage Therapist. For 16 years. My advice would be to listen to the client. Their needs. And, discuss. Do not rush a massage. Know their medical history. Limit the amount of breaking contact with the body while giving a massage. You should always keep contact while doing a massage as much a possible. And, I didn't ask for hot stones in my massage. Which she did. Hope this is helpful with future massages. read more

Terrible communication, front desk staff always under trained & clueless. Despite 3 calls to manager Michelle prior to service the 1st 2 services were completely wrong, they had not left notes in my account as promised & assigned me the wrong massage therapist. Tremendous confusion, front desk staff always trying to push memberships on you. Found the front desk girl Jen to be offensive & threatening, even came into the parking lot to stand in front of my car to 'keep me from leaving' because I didn't pay (they have my card on file, didn't know what to charge me despite 3 confirmations with manager & told them my assistant would handle after Jan. 1st). Incredibly unprofessional & terrible employee training & coaching PLUS what a HORRIBLE WAY to leave a customer on New Year's Eve!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!! read more

I'm one of those that write a review either if its really great or its really really bad. Unfortunately, this is a ladder one. My husband got me the Revive Package for my birthday present and I was really looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. What I got was the opposite. I'm a person who always gives the benefit of the doubt but right from the moment I walked in, one thing went wrong after another: 1. I made the appt a week prior for 3:30pm and got a confirmation voicemail confirming THAT time. When I got there at 3:15, they told me my appt was for 4pm. My package also included a facial and eye & lip treatment but only the massage was scheduled. This was easily fixed because my assigned masseuse was available earlier and they were able to schedule a facial right after the massage. At this point, I'm thinking mistakes happen, no big deal and easily solved! 2. When I made the appt, I specifically requested a female for my massage and instead I got a male. Call me old fashioned but I don't feel comfortable having a strange man touching me. This made me nervous during my whole massage and unable to relax. Ok, now my blood pressure is starting to go up. He also did not massage my hands or my feet. And the massage was also only 50 minutes, not the advertised one hour. 4. Next the facial... worst I've ever had. I love love facials but whatever this was, it was NOT facial to me. The aesthetician put a cleanser on my skin and it burned so she had to remove it. She worked around it, massaged my face with lotion to cool it, brushed a mask on and then put me under steam. My favorite part of a facial is getting the dirt and oils out of my face after the steam. After taking the mask off, she started to put lotion on my face, which took me off guard because this is when they usually inspect and get the dirt out. At this point, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe its another cleaning solution. Nope, she lotions me up and then says she's done. I could have done what she did at home with a steamy shower. Not worth the $50 at all. 5. I ask the aesthetician about the eye and lip treatment that's a part of my package and she says there is nothing on her paper saying anything about that. She doesn't offer to check the front desk for me or anything. I tell her I'll talk to the front desk myself. Instead of asking me if I wanted to have the lip and eye treatment still done, they just give me a credit on my card. At this point, my blood is boiling but I'm not one to show it so I just stay calm as they deal with computer problems in trying to process my gift card and receipt. Apparently, I'm the FIRST one to be processed on their new system. On top of it all, they try to sell me multiple-visit packages... are you f***ing joking me. I'm not even going to use the credit I have. I have NEVER had this many things go wrong at a spa. The website is also hard to navigate and there are no prices listed. The only positive thing I will say is that the staff are nice. read more

Not a place to go. The front desk staff is clueless, I payed in advance for my massage and they were keep asking me to pay after each of my session. I was waiting for them finish talking about nails so I can get checked in! To bad because the girls in the back did a great job. read more

Bought my wife a 1 1/2 hour massage plus 2 add on's of her choice for Mother's Day(about 4 months ago). When my wife decided to make an appointment on the phone next to me, I can tell that the female employee on the line was rude just from the way my wife was answering her questions. She didn't want to honor the package I purchased because she said the prices changed in January. Which is hilarious because I bought it in May of 2019, which comes after January but maybe she doesn't know that. Anyways, she's reluctantly made the appointment for later that day because it's was the only time she could do it. When she arrived they were rude in person and told her they did not have anyone who can do a 1 1/2 hour massage today. Even though they scheduled her over the phone for it. So needless to say she never got the massage, and obviously never will now. I will never spend another cent at this place. I will tell all my family and friends to never ever go here. I work for the local fire department where this store is located, and I already sent an email to all my coworkers telling them i will Venmo them $20 every time the go somewhere else to get a massage. That's how much I hate this place for treating my wife the way they did. PLEASE avoid this place! You're way better off getting a shoulder massage at the mall from Joe Biden, than you are going to this Massage Luxe. You're welcome. read more

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I made an appointment and then called the following morning to see if I could move it to a later time and was given the option to move it to 3 pm (original time was 2). At 2:05 I got a call stating that a mistake happened bc someone else was booked at the time, so I couldn't come in at 3, and couldn't be seen the rest of the day. However they told me they STILL WOULD CHARGE ME for missing my original appointment at 2pm even though they stared the mistake was on their end....I had to get aggressive with the manager to have her FINALLY state I wouldn't be charged. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! read more

Had a massage through a Groupon on Oct. 31st. Very nice massage but really poor customer service. Masseuse was cold and impersonal. I had the impression that she was annoyed she was doing a Groupon massage. She never even told me her name...I think she said 10 words to me I. Total. Will be in Naples 6 months of the year in a couple of years and get regular massages, but they won't be here. read more

The massages would definitely rate a 10. I have Laura and she is superb, however, trying to get anything sensible out of the teenagers at the front desk takes their rating down to a 5. For goodness sake pay a little more and get some experienced help. read more

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!! Don't waste your money! The front staff is ran by rude, unprofessional, teenagers. Your pressured to become a member and once you do, it's very hard to get an appointment and finding a good message therapist that isn't booked out weeks in advance is hard to find. They make you feel once your a member, all you have to do is call and you'll get an appointment. Not the case. It's a racket!! Waste of money and time. If you don't cancel your appointment two hrs in advance, you have an "Hour taken from your hours you pay for monthly". I understand there are policies and that's fine, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. I was treated like I was being "punished" for canceling (even though it was because of an emergency situation). This is only my first month being a member and you can't cancel until you've paid for "two months". i still have to pay for another month before canceling and i refused to use that extra month. I also have a gift certificate for an hr massage that I will never use because I can't stand the thought of even going through that door again until I cancel my membership. read more

Massage Luxe is RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD- They willautomatically charge you $88.00 per month no matter what!! We have tried to cancel for the past 2 months and they state you have to come in person and on the date you signed up. So we are going to try again to CANCEL THIS COHERSIVE MEMBERSHIP ON EXACTLY OCTOBER 28/2013. I have never heard of something so manipulative and WARN EVERYONE - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! read more

Massage Lux of Naples is one of the best. Rachel gives the best relaxation massage in the State. I have been going there for 6 months and the service is friendly and professional. Massage Lux is reasonable compared to others so you may go often. We are fortunate to have them in town. Mike T read more

Cannot believe all these bad reviews of this place. Definitely not deserved! I get regular massages all the time and am visiting Naples for 2 months. Since this place was close to where I'm staying, I called them and asked for a very good massage therapist who is experienced in deep tissue. I was able to get an appointment the same evening with the best massage therapist I have ever known and I know massage! Her name is Jen. She is wonderful! I explained exactly where my problem area was and told her that I needed it to be intense since I was so sore in that area. She went to the area immediately and started working with the exact pressure that I needed. I am waiting to sleep the best sleep tonight. The two girls at the front desk were absolutely amazing! Friendly, warm, and extremely helpful trying to find the best deal for me. I obtained a membership since I will be staying in Naples for the month of February as well. I can't wait to go again. This time I'm getting a facial too! This place rocks!!! read more

Polite, professional, & experienced. These words describe the staff and therapists at this location. I have enjoyed the Swedish and deep tissue massage therapy. The cost is very competitive and the facility is a very pleasant atmosphere. read more

My husband & I recently switched to Massage Luxe. Excellent experience! Our therapists so far, Anita, Julier & Robby are all fantastic! Looking forward to many more wonderful treatments! The front desk staff was wonderful with scheduling future appointments. read more

I initially went in for the introductory massage. The massage (w/ Elena)was alright...I felt she was inexperienced. They can't all be inexperienced right? So i decided to join for the minimum. My second massage (w/Stella) was worse than the first one. I still have one more massage to fulfil my membership obligation. Hopefully this one will be better than the first two. I guess the bottom line is you get what you pay for, right? read more

Very disappointed. I have been a Member at Massage Luxe for almost a year and loved it. I went to the same therapist and he was fabulous, kind and very professional. I made an appointment a week out by calling in and unfortunately my usual therapist was not available, nor was my normal time. It is season in SW Fla. though, so I get it. I left work early in order to make this earlier time appointment with a therapist I have never had before. When I arrived the receptionist couldn't find my appointment in the system. A manager, Catherine, stepped in and NEVER once apologized. She went right to questioning me....who did you make your appointment with, when did you call? She even said with an attitude: "It's just very weird because X name therapist doesn't even work until later on Thursdays". Like I would make up this time, appointment and the therapists name that I have never had before...?? Long story short, the manager was rude and showed no sympathy for the inconvenience THEY caused a MEMBER. I had to ask for some compensation for this whole situation. She must not be familiar with the hospitality industry and how to handle situations like this. I am in the industry and as disappointing as this was, had she apologized and handled it professionally, I would have completely understood. People make mistakes and it was not her fault directly. I am completing the services I paid for and taking my business elsewhere. read more

my boyfriend called and booked an apt at 9:30 am for 12 got there 30 min early checked in filled out to paperwork only to be told they accidentally didn't book the apt and had to reschedule for 2pm that day. when I called to find out what happened I got the run around with a bunch of different excuses and said they could do it for 2 the next day not even today. he said when he arrives there were numerous girls just standing behind the desk and he felt they just didn't want to massage him and that's why they came up with their lame excuses. read more

Lisa Maskowitz is a new addition to the massage staff and she is wonderful! One of the best massages ever. Overall this place is great. Clean, professional, and helpful. read more

I have been going here for about 15 months and I must say 9 out 10 times have been great. They have a variety of people with there own unique touch. I have really never had a problem with any of the therapists. Although I must tell you sometimes the staff seems chaotic, and unprofessional. The biggest complaint I have is that every time you come out after the massage one of the staff will ask you would you like to leave any gratuity!!!!! This is highly unprofessional to ask. If the therapist warranted a tip One would gladly give one. I myself almost always tip 20% or more, but I find rude and appalling that the front staff would ask every person as they are leaving. My sister stopped coming as a result of it. This alone warrants a thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take Note, Kim read more

The administration and management of this place have a lot to learn about customer service. They are very arrogant and want you to sign up for a membership as soon as you walk in the door. They do no honor the coupons that are in ValPak, because they did not expire and did not state first time clients only. They have since changed there coupon, but still seems like a bait and switch. I did have a massage there and 2 out of four therapists were great. One bad one occurred when the therapist had a cold or sinus problem and kept making these horrific noises during the massage. I would spend my money at Hand and Stone instead of here. read more

Warning.....Horrible Place! The owner "Michael" is rude and doesn't understand that owning a business is about customer satisfaction! I sent my daughter and father here because they both were complaining about back pain. One therapist did a wonderful job and one was horrible! They were supposed to be the same type of message but they had nothing in common. It almost seems that if the individual is a little older they and don't know what to expect from a message they get as little as possible. When I called to see why my father had such a terrible experience I was told that the elderly have limited muscle mass and cannot have a deep tissue massage. I was also told that they don't use heat because elderly skin burns. COME ON! What a ridiculous excuse! My father works out at least 3 times a week and has a great physique! All "Michael" wanted to know is what we wanted from him. How about an apology? How about a little apathy and understanding? I have never experienced the owner of a business being so combative. My 19 year old daughter called him to see if her therapist might be able to help my dad out since his did nothing but aggravate his back pain to the point of bed rest, a heating pad and a couple muscle relaxers. During their conversation he yelled, interrupted her and hung up on her! In my opinion this business won't be here for long but just in case you're tempted, Stay Far Away From Here! read more
