When I first became a member their service was immaculate, their good therapists started leaving, and I can see why. The Management service is horrible. I had a work emergency; called at 7:08pm to let them know I needed to RESCHEDULE my 9pm appointment because I was unable to make it. They said they will still remove 30mins off my service. After being a loyal member I think they could have been a little more understanding about the situation, especially with just it being 8 mins. I cancelled my membership and they refuse to give me a full refund even after they didn't provide my monthly service. I pay for my mother's membership and will be cancelling my her membership as well. So sad they lost two loyal customers over 8 mins. read more

I've been a fan of Massage Luxe since 2019. I usually have deep tissue massage that concentrate on shoulders, the trapezius and today I had Maria. She was super sweet and when I realized just how great she was I heard that she was leaving. I'll definitely miss her. I told her my experience today was "like meeting a great guy to only find out he was married", lol. Ugh! Anyways, there are plenty of other great masseuses but today was definitely a great day! Miami never ceases to AMAZE. I merely disclosed on a form when asked the question if I had COVID historically, which I did almost a full year ago... and the therapist REFUSED to treat me. This is the first time that I have been treated negatively post covid... after donating plasma over 8 months ago. This shows the true lack of awareness and education If you are open for business and are going to service the public you should educate your employees. Completely unacceptable. Recently sent my wife here for a massage on her birthday. First session was great and well deserved as her being a medical worker and dealing with Covid has bought tremendous stress upon her. That being said, she opt'ed for a membership. Long story short on one appointment she had schedule they failed to tell her that her masseuse no longer worked with the company. Willing to move on and use another masseuse, they told her not possible even though she was booked on the mobile site and showed proof. She asked for her membership to be cancelled. Turns out we received a call saying that the bookings that were used were not done in the complete 90mins sessions as requested. This whole time she paid for 90mins sessions to only get 60mins. She asked for these to be refunded as she was done with the company. Till this posting we've yet to receive refunds. Added very immature and unprofessional staff. Avoid at all cost. read more

Wow what an amazing experience. First with Raul and Valerie in the front desk who where very helpful in getting everything ready for my Massage and facial Experience. My Deep tissue Massage by Leandro was incredible. He targeted all my target spot where my relieve alot of my joint pain. Room comfortable and love the ambience. Then when my 60 minute massage was done, I got ready to go the Hydromassage bed. Omg that is amazing. After then got ready for my facial I upgraded to the papaya facial which is amazing. My god everyone on staff was super nice. Also big thanks to front desk for charging my phone cause if not I wouldn't be able to go home. Absolute joke for being a service company. Management is disrespectful (whoever the "assistant" manager is working Saturdays) and they do not work with their customers to resolve charge disputes. I've requested a cancellation of my membership on March 22nd (2021) via a phone call and had asked to talk to a manager prior to confirming my cancellation. Because I did not manage to complete the timed form that's only active for less than 48 hrs, my cancellation did not process and I was charged up until June/July of 2021, before realizing what's going on. MassageLuXe didn't even care to check in and confirm the cancellation and of course - management never called after my initial cancellation request. I assume that's part of the scam. For your own sake, make sure that EVERYTHING you do with the MassageLux chain is in writing and please read their contracts very very carefully, especially their cancellation processes and your ability to retrieve your credits for example in case you have to move (like I had to). I'm not expecting my money back, but I hope I can save the next person from getting into an annoying situation with this business. Stay safe & avoid them if you have the option! read more

First of all let me say that I have had hundreds of massages by some if the best therapists in the country. My amazing Thai guy moved away and when I saw this on Groupon I was expecting a relaxing little tuneup while I searched for a "real" massage therapist. My experience with these kinds of places in the past has been that they're relaxing but not great for therapeutic deep tissue massage like I need. Boy was I surprised!! Christopher was amazing - so much that I debated leaving this review because I don't want him to book up so full that I can't make an appointment lol! I recently traveled to Miami for a birthday trip and was so excited to treat myself to a massage and facial. Daria was the esthetician that serviced me and she did an amazing job with my skin, it was the best facial service I have ever received . Following that experience I was greeted to my massage. Christopher was my massage therapist. I had a consultation with him to go over some of my problem areas on my body that needed work. These people go through massive privacy overreach to schedule you an appt. Who needs ALL your personal info PLUS a credit card within two hours of your appt? And Why have someone sign a ton of liability forms if you won't see someone a day after they fall off a bike? These people majorly wasted my time trying to 'protect me' because I had a bruise after a minor fall; They said it was a liability to give me a massage after I told them why I needed one. Then don't ask people why they need one! How is it a liability if I'm coming to you and signing YOUR forms and hiring you to make me feel a little better? Incredible waste of time for no service at all. Was going to buy a gift card for a friend here as well and event old the lady at the front that. Sandy (owner) and Christopher were extremely disappointing with their customer service. We tried to pay prior to the massage and they ended up charging us twice. $300 for 3 people to get standard 1 hour massages. My family and I get massages monthly and have never experience something like this in 25 years. I understand that it recently opened but would suggest a soft opening to get the staff properly trained. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. I made an appointment for a 90 min massage with Bernie at 3pm followed by a 60 minute facial. I arrive and the front desk associate informs me that my facial will be done first. I corrected her and told her I wanted the massage first and I booked it like that on purpose because the last thing I want to do is stuff my face into a pillow after getting a facial. I have worked in the spa industry for the last 8 years and this is just how it's done in the spa, because it makes sense. She then continues to roll her eyes and sigh unnecessarily loud, clearly with a terrible attitude. I address it and she continues to stare at her computer and type as hard as she can while I wait for her to make adjustments. She leaves and I ask the esthetician standing right next to me if I can speak to the manager and the front desk associate that I had been talking to, turns around and says that she is the manager. To my surprise, my jaw dropped. I cannot believe they allowed this type of child to run a business. She then takes me to the waiting room and doesn't tell my massage therapist that I was ready, in turn losing time. I am not the person whom use to write a review but I need to do it this time. I was a membership for five months in this place and I had had five hours remaining when I cancelled it. I decide to use them and last Sunday I booked two appointments, one for a message with Roberto ( who was amazing) and a facial with Josefina. They said I still have 3 hours remaining when the service finished. I paid $30 extra for a facial treatment and then they charged me for $120 and I am still waiting for a REFUND. I called them to make another appointments for last three remaining hours and the receptionist told me that I only have two. She explained that my facial had taken two hours instead of one. NOBOBY told me it before to take it and I finished paying $130 for "nothing special" facial. Besides, I told with Christian, the manager, and the only answer he gave me very cynically that he couldn't do anything because I already took the service.
