DO NOT START A MEMBERSHIP HERE! They told me if I paid $20 for my first month I could cancel before the next, that it was a no contract noncommittal membership. I called to cancel the membership and a lady with an accent the same one who convinced me to sign up in person told me that's not what she told me at all that she said you have to pay 2 billings cycles one for $20 and another for $85 before you can cancel. She laughed at me and said she wasn't even the one that I signed up with... I recognized her accent and voice immediately so not sure why she's telling people the can cancel after the first month of $20 when that's not true. read more

This was my first time visiting this location and it was so clean, beautiful, and smelled amazing. My masseuse was Jose and he was incredible. He checked on me several times throughout the appointment maintaining my comfort and his professionalism. I felt like the massage was tailor-made for me. Had been several times and was pleased with my therapist. Had a massage scheduled and as I approached the business all streets were blocked for a parade. I called to explain that I was not able to get to the business and the person who answered acknowledged that they also didn't know that there was going to be a parade that day. She suggested that I would be able to park over a mile away and walk to their location! At that point I couldn't even get to where she was suggesting and my appointment time was within 10 minutes. I asked if I could reschedule for later in the day since I would miss my appointment. She said no and that she had called and left me a message the morning of my appointment about the parade. The message was left for me less than 2 hours before my appointment. I asked if I would still have to pay for my appointment since I couldn't get there and asked why nothing was posted on their website when I scheduled about possible access issues. She told me that I should have looked on the city's website to see what the city had going on for that day and that I would have to pay since I didn't give 24 hours notice and again pointed out that she left Me a message the morning of my appointment. I pointed out that her mess wasn't 24 hours before my appointment and I should be able to reschedule. She refuses to reschedule me and charged me for my missed appointment. I have been a loyal customer but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. This is not how I expect to be treated for my loyalty and generosity. Great way to lose business Massageluxe!! read more

I have been here multiple times. It started out as a gift and it changed into a membership. I love that they have a hydromassager that you can use before or after any service or if you are a member you can use at anytime even if you don't have a scheduled service! I used to get a facial from a specific person, but she left, so sad! Every person I have had for a facial or massage is so great! Always asks what I prefer and even if I want complete quiet or to chat. I think that adds to the touch. No pictures with this review because when I get a massage I never take pictures lol. read more

Massage was great! They check in with you often to make sure you are comfortable with pressure and feel. Tables are heated! Music is very zen. I definitely felt relaxed by the end if the session. I had a really positive experience here from start to finish. The $65 intro massage pricing didn't hurt either! I appreciate that they are located downtown and not too far from home. You can either schedule conveniently online (they have very flexible availability currently) or over the phone. All of the staff I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I believe the name of my therapist was Courtney (it pains me that I'm forgetting right now because she was fabulous). I'm planning to return and request her again. I've been experiencing a lot of lower back pain and she really took to heart focussing on this area and I felt much better when I left. Parking was fairly easy along Pennsylvania Street. I've been going to this MassageLuxe location for about a year, and I have all good things to say. Checking for their deals is key! In December, they had a BOGO deal. I'm a member for $65/month based on their grand opening sign-up deal. The membership comes with 1 hour-long facial or massage per month, unlimited access to the HydraLuxe bed, and other perks! The staff is very calm, punctual, and friendly. Booking an appointment is very easy. I usually do so over the phone. The facilities are beautiful and smell nice. Metered street parking isn't too expensive and is always available within a block. The only hiccup I've experienced is that the massage therapists sometimes have high turnover (might get moved to a different MassageLuxe location or find another job) which makes appointments with the same person difficult. They incorrectly schedule my appointment and I wanted to cancel my membership. One front desk girl didn't know how to end membership, the other admin girl barely helped and spoke to me without eye contact. First front desk girl had to call the owner to figure out how to cancel my membership - which I couldn't. She kept calling me "sweetie" which was unprofessional and unappreciated. Will be cancelling and not returning. Management should check review as front desk client facing positions seems to be very unprofessional and rude across customers. read more

I now have a little home routine that is showing improvement. The products are crazy expensive so I purchased my own skincare, but I did opt in for the monthly subscription (VERY unlike me). I really believe these people know what they are doing! When I signed up for the monthly fee, they gave me a ton of great coupons as well like a free eyebrow wax and bring a friend. I'm so excited that Massageluxe has moved in downtown!! As a previous resident of the Whit I'm BEYOND excited to see such a fun tenant move in. I was able to snag a coupon for a 50 dollar massage and a free Pumpkin scrub. They were so quick to work with my schedule and when I came in they showed me around and got me settled in. I got a one hour deep tissue massage with Alyssa and she was wonderful. She really targeted all of my pain points but then also worked on other areas that tend to cause pain. I ended up getting a monthly membership so I can get a massage each month at a discounted rate. Super excited to enjoy this benefit each month. I would highly recommend trying out massageluxe! I have been to this salon twice now in the last month. The first session was with Stephan and my second with Eric. I have been having terrible back pains and strains with many knots in my neck and shoulders. Both have been amazing at working these trigger points out and really finding the areas causing issues. I do not like signing up for memberships, but I went all in an bought the elite package membership to ensure I truly give myself the self care I need to be pain free and mobile. Our bodies are our most important investment. Excited to try a facial soon, but I will definitely be a frequent flyer with these massages and the included hydrobed in the package. I got the Facebook ad back in June, way before they opened, & purchased discount coupons for a facial & messages for my husband & I. I got the facial on Thur & we went for a couples massage on Friday. The facility was nice; not overly opulent, but perfectly adequate, clean, & pleasant. The front desk people were all really nice & friendly. The esthetician & masseuses were also nice, friendly, professional, & did a great job. I would definitely recommend this location if one were downtown & wanted a facial or massage. I also feel that using the coupons made it a super great bargain. We of course tipped on the full regular price, & still a bargain. But, if I'd paid full price, comparing it to other places I've been, I find it to be a bit on the expensive side. read more

I showed up to my appointment and the front desk said "it got cancel, there is nothing I can do for you." I asked why I wasn't notified of cancellation and her only response was "I wasn't here that day,want to reschedule?" I had a guy name Eric do wonders to my shoulder it was unbelievable how he knew exactly what caused it an told me how to fix he worked out all the knots in my shoulder I swear he had to do some sort of voodoo majic cuz i dont feel no discomfort at all, the only thing I hate is im from Houston an caught a flight right after but if you live in indiana i envy you cuz i dont think i will ever come across anyone more talented than Eric he deserves a raise for sure... im still in disbeliefhow he healed my shoulder now i can get back in shape the right way read more

The only reason I stopped in for a massage was because I had been recommended this specific location. I enjoyed the experience but leaving I found it to be an extreme toxic environment. Managers where sitting in the front gossiping about other employees... which as a manager myself is extremely unprofessional.
