My massage therapist, Jake, was fantastic, very considerate and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. My fiancé was satisfied with his massage as well. However, when I tipped $25 for both of us on a $100 bill ($104 after paying with card), the cashier lady gave me this awkward laugh and asked, "Are you paying for both?" She was giving off such a weird vibe, almost as if I wasn't tipping enough. Then she started talking to the other male staff in Chinese, most likely explaining the situation. God knows what she was saying, but it completely killed the relaxing vibe. People need to understand that if you want customers to come back, it's not just about the actual massage.
