Sadly they would'nt give me every aroma they used in there to put in my apartment Came in at 1130am on Thursday with no reservation. Was told we could wait til 12 in their lobby or walk around and come back Once we were in the room no one came in for about 10 mins. Just laying around in my underwear. They apologized many times and offered a hot stone treatment to make up for it which my mom quickly accepted and loved. They definitely listened when i mentioned too much pressure being applied. I didn't want to be sore for days. The one thing that confused me was they asked beforehand if you had specific areas u wanted attention to and they never focused on that. Other than that and the comments about my body and being in the gym a lot it was a great massage lol

I'm so glad we decided to give it a try! The experience was amazing. It's located away from the busy areas of Waikiki, but it was absolutely worth the visit. The prices were also very reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

I signed up for a 90 min deep tissue massage and didn't know what to expect. The ladies answering the phone were so nice and helpful. I managed to get lost even though they texted me instructions to get to the 26th floor. When I finally got to Siam Thai Massage, Nine showed me to the room with expansive views. I couldn't believe how amazing the massage was. She had all the right pressure points and incorporated some stretches throughout the deep tissue massage. I have no idea how this woman can be so strong and effective. Tea and water were provided after the massage. Siam Thai Massage & Spa is just a short stroll off the main Kalakaua strip but the prices are a fraction of what you'd expect. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Nine and she is AMAZING!

We booked two 90 minute massages with a 15 minute steam ahead of the massage. When we arrived they had us take off our shoes and gave us sandals to use, we also selected scents for the rooms and our tea preference. From there they showed us our rooms and had us change into robes before heading into the steam. While the space is too small for couples massages, we were able to go in the steam together and after we went into a room to drink our water/tea and relax ahead of the massage. Once they took us into the room the music was relaxing and they did a great job to ask where to focus and check in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much/too little. I had A LOT of tension in my back. While she was working on some problem areas I asked some questions about why it might be so tense/painful and it definitely was a mix of working out the pain to feel relief. The big takeaway was that I shouldn't go years between massages. After the massage we went back to the relaxation room and drank more water before heading out to pay. I felt so relaxed after the massage and would definitely recommend this business to others.

I was told, I would receive 1 free facial a month and unlimited facial products whenever I ran out of what I purchased for 1 year. I went in for the 3rd facial and had to wait 30 minutes for a facial treatment that was very mediocre. They basically just put a mask on my face and walked away. I could have done at home. They were out of the facial cleanser which I needed to refill and they were out of parking validation. Every time I would go in they would scan my face and try to sell me a product for thousands of dollars. I tried to call the credit card company and dispute the charges but I can not do anything to get my money back after 120 days. This company knows exactly the scam they are running. They will give you okay service for the first few months and then treat you like crap if you do not continue to purchase there scam products.

I would not recommend this business based on my experience with Kim Kao. I purchased an at-home…read moreskincare device from Kim at what was then Pure Luminosity Spa, along with facial treatments. I understood my financing to cover the device and treatments, yet I still do not see the device identified or separately priced in the purchase documentation provided to me. More concerning, my financing company was provided an appointment history representing that I received eight facial treatments on eight specific dates. I dispute this completely--I did not attend or receive treatments on any of those eight dates. I have work records, appointment receipts, and other documentation supporting where I was on those dates. The evidence I've been shown is an appointment calendar. A scheduled appointment does not establish that a treatment was actually performed. I have requested the underlying treatment records and clarification about the device and am pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels. My advice to other customers: get every product and service itemized in writing, keep every receipt, and maintain your own record of treatments received.

The owner took us to our rooms. The boys were together and the girls were in another room. My preference is private room so I was happy about that. The staffs don't really speak English but the owner told them which combo we wanted. The staff member I got was friendly but he did asked me a few times which combo I wanted...I repeated a few times. Started with body and you don't lay down for this portion. They asked you to sit at the end of the bed and they massage you while you sit. The staff that I got is pretty good. He knew right away my issue areas are shoulders and neck. He was surprised and went "Oh!!" when he felt my neck and shoulders. He definitely fixed it. By the way, I asked for someone who is stronger. I don't like massage that is light/soft/gentle squeeze. My friend preferred that and got matched with a staff who can accomodate. For feet, you soaked them in a tub first. I noticed they used lotion for feet but not anywhere else on the body (head, arms, etc.). I guess different places do different things. At one point a dog barked a couple of times. I was relaxed until I was woken up by the barking. I can hear staff members going "sshhh! sshhh!" and the dog stopped. After massage ended, we went back to the lobby. The staff member offered us water and you can choose the temperature. I don't live in Hawaii but I would love to visit this place again in the future. I really like private rooms and would love to try other massage therapy they offer. Parking was easy to find. My friends said it's best to make an appointment first as they get booked.
