I had a wonderful pre-natal massage a couple weeks ago. I didn't realize what I'd been missing. I only wish I would have known about the membership to these places, I wasn't at all prepared for the sales pitch after my massage and it kind of killed the high of it all. I would go back if there regular prices were a little cheaper but the massage itself was awesome and the staff were friendly. read more

My husband and I went in for a couples massage at the introductory price and loved it. The relaxation room was amazing too, we almost fell asleep waiting, it was that relaxing. I would suggest that you get there early so you can experience it. I believe we had Andria and Kerry as our masseuses, and they were amazing. We were looking at the pamphlets while waiting (we were there 15 minutes earlier than they asked us to be) and were not sure about the membership. After the massage they gave us their pitch and were sold. Make sure you mention if you are a student, ems, or military. You get a discount on your membership! Also... if you go somewhere new look around please. You will be able to tell if they have a membership, and will be prepared for them to let you know about it. Why would they tell you about the benefits of the club before you experienced the massage? That's just good business sense. They do not deserve anything less in rating because you didn't look around in the waiting room. read more

Had my first service ever with this franchise. I had a 60 minute massage with Christo T. He made me feel comfortable and had a pleasant, relaxing experience. He is kind and professional, with purposeful movements that really helped release the tension that has been building up from being on my feet all day with my job. I ended up signing up for a membership because of my severe tension build up and also looking for some self-care treatment, so why not? The front desk staff were kind and professional as well. Looking forward to my next service. read more

I went in for the $39 introductory hour massage on Tuesday, and was less than impressed. I don't mean to say that the massage itself was mediocre, my therapist was very intuitive in rcognizing the extent of my muscle injury. However, I can say emphatically that I've had better. The sales pitch for the membership program at the end of the session was a buzz kill, to be sure. I would reccommend it for someone looking for a spa day. The service was nice, and the therapist was friendly. It just didn't..."wow" me. read more

I go to Massage Envy once a month. I floated around trying different therapists at first until I finally found the right therapist for me. I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated after my session. I also had a facial recently and it was one of the best! Be sure to come a little early, don't use your cell phone in the "relaxation room" I got scolded by another customer there because I was looking at pictures on my phone (which makes NO noise). Some people are super picky. Drink lots of water after your massage, it really helps. And I usually take a hot shower or bath after. Love IT! read more

Tiffany is an excellent therapist. She always listens to where I want her to concentrate on and pays attention to my needs for "more or less pressure." I have never been unsatisfied when I have had a massage with her. Front desk is always helpful, nice and friendly. They have accommodated me and my last minute scheduling needs on many occasions and when I have had to be rescheduled for therapists reasons, I have always been compensated in a fair and satisfactory manner. I love this place, I wish I could go more often. I am a satisfied member. read more

Message Envy has always been a wonderful place to go for Massage, facials, etc. I go to the location in Temecula and everyone is so kind and helpful. Christopher, and Ruben are fantastic therapist. I highly recommend them for Massage. Sheila and Saretta are wonderful estheticians and I recommend them for their services. Thank you for being so fantastic Massage Envy, Temecula! read more

This was my 1st time at this massage envy in Temecula the person I had her name was Jen. She was best massage I ever had with massage envy I will always try to get her from this point going forward. Everything that she did come the top of my head to the bottom of my toes the pressure was excellent I felt like I had a drink when I left that's how relaxed I was. I am so glad that I found this person on this location I will be coming here on a regular basis. read more

This is a treat that I look forward to each month. The staff are so polite and helpful. There are times when I call at the last minute and when a cancellation becomes available, I get a call. So, I feel like they know how important it is for me to get a treatment, so that make sure to take care of me. if you do get a chance, schedule a massage appointment with Beth or facial with Carol. Both of them are so professional, friendly, and they immediately get you in the mindset to relax. Thanks Massage Envy! read more

Sadly, after 10 years as a member, I've had to cancel my membership. Their policy's do not benefit the customer. They booked me for a 90 minute massage 2 days in a row and charged me for missing the first massage even though I had no knowledge that I was booked. I had to pay $90 for no massage. They turn over therapists rapidly and just when you find the perfect one, they move on. They've canceled my massage numerous times due to illness over the years, but won't take responsibility for this double booking. It's not right to treat customers this way. I had been trying other massage therapists because this location has a hard time keeping good ones. The Thai place down the street is really good and so are the 2 gals at Dr. Ingram's office on Jefferson. read more

The ladies here are always helpful and friendly. I have had the pleasure of having Jenn massage me. She is incredible! I was having severe sciatic back issues and barely able to walk for weeks. And had tried everything. She was able to release my pain. And I've been walking normal since. Her healing hands have me feeling normal again! I can't thank her enough!!!! And look forward to my next visit! ...Laureen read more

Completely disappointed by the customer service at this location. When I signed up I was told one thing and then now something completely different. In fact each time I have called to inquire about my account and how many massages i have left or how billing works, i have gotten a different answer. They do not stand by the information given by their employees. I will not be returning. read more

Terrible service and manager is rude tells you one thing on the phone and plays dumb when you arrive. Don't waste your time at this place. I will never return! read more

Ruben was amazing! Let's get that straight right away. He asked the right questions, had the right pressure the whole time. What I dis not care for was after my massage when I checked out. I just came from a relaxing 60 min massage and got hounded about sales. The membership was interesting but when a client says I need to think about it, that should be the end of hounding the customer. read more

Haven't been to this location in a while but HAILEY was FANTASTIC at helping me transfer a massage to the SAN Marcos location. Unfortunately the person at the San Marcos location was rude! All she had to do was call the Temecula location. Instead they bothered me at work and made my boyfriend feel crazy. HAILEY made it right! read more

Im pregnant and my husband gave me a gift card for Mother's Day and after calling a couple times it became clear they don't have much availability, which was disappointing. I called a third time and was able to schedule a massage for two weeks later. I made sure to tell the person on the phone that I was pregnant and she even thanked me for letting her know since this would help her determine the best therapist for me. I arrived early for my massage (and facial) and after filling out all the paperwork I found out that the therapist they had scheduled for me couldn't do a prenatal massage! So I waited two weeks for nothing! The receptionist gave me other options (like being massaged by a man, which I'm not comfortable with, or returning during the week, so I'd have to pay for child care for my daughter). None of the options were suitable for me and I told her I'd prefer to have the money back. Well, they don't have a manager on site during weekends, so the receptionist couldnt do anything for me. Thanx a bunch Massage Envy! Not only did I not get a massage but now I have to return there and to try to figure out a solution. What a waste of time! Review Update: The manager called after I left a message on their website. Even though I specifically requested to be contacted via email... she basically told me she wasn't going to do anything for me, that she could book another attempt at a massage if I wanted but would not refund my money even though they clearly can't handle prenatal massages. read more

I absolutely love it here !!! Girls at the front desk are way nicer than they used 2!! I have the greatest massages here !!! And I would tell u that I'm very picky when it comes to let a stranger massage me haha!! I have the membership this way I know I need to schedule at least once a month!! Reason why !!! Well I have a stressful job and every time I go in there I can feel how my stress knots melt away!! read more

My wife transferred a session to me, and I had the pleasure of using it this week. Got a 60 minute massage from Christopher and a "back facial" session with Ellie. Both services were really awesome and relaxing. The environment was super clean and calming. Both practitioners were super professional and did a great job. I will return and would absolutely recommend this location and these two great people without hesitation. read more

The facial was amazing but the massage was terrible left feeling like I needed another one. Mentioned it to the girl at the counter and she just said it was therapist touch not the greatest customer service. Left feeling worse than when I went in. The one star is for the facial because that was amazing. read more

Still love the service of this location, except they are pretty busy now or they just don't have as many massage therapist on schedule anymore. Which is a bummer when one has a busy schedule or just want a last minute appointment. read more

I came here because my husband got me a giftcard here & it was alright. This place had a nice relaxation area with dim lights & water. The massage itself was not great, it did not relax me like a massage should. I probably should have asked her for lighter pressure because her touch felt so piercing. But their service was great, quick check in and check out process! I liked the report card that pointed out tension points they found & how they wait outside with a cup of water. I still recommend this place, just don't be shy like me to say how you feel. read more

I had both a wonderful massage and strange experience all at once. Kelly was my masseuse. She had magic hands, worked out all of my knots and seemed to intuitively know exactly where to massage and how much pressure to use in each area. It was relaxing, gratifying and effective. I can't say that for the massages I have had at other massage envy locations. The strange part came at the very end when Kelly went to get me water. I dressed and went outside and she was nowhere to be found. I waited and then went to the restroom, came back...still no Kelly! I went up front and checked out, letting the receptionists know that my masseuse had disappeared and they didn't seem too concerned. I hope Kelly is okay. I helped myself to some water, bc I am fully capable of getting my own and left happy yet perplexed. We all have weird days, so here's hoping Kelly is okay and has been found before my next massage appointment :) read more

This is my third time here and every visit has been great so far. I've had 2 facials by Carol and she is wonderful! She is a very knowledgeable esthetician and I will be back for more from her! The massages are great my only complaint is that the hour gets cut by 10 min for dressing and undressing. I haven't found 1 massage therapist that I plan to stick with yet but overall I'm happy I decided to sign up for the membership. read more

Sherri is great! She finds all those knots and has good firm pressure. So nice...

Enjoyed my quiet time massage very much. My message Therapist was excellent in her expertise and had a glistening personality.

I want to say first and foremost, I hate negative yelp reviews because they are often unfair. I tend to post positive reviews because for the most part there are a lot of businesses trying to their best. Hiring great employees is a process. With that said I want to be clear I have never stepped foot into the spa. I went into yelp and found a massage envy near a friends home to book her a massage for some much needed relaxation after learning her nephew tragically passed away. I used the Book appt link attached to yelp which directs you to their appt book where you can see which massage therapists are available and time. I booked a 10am with massage therapist Holly for a one hour massage with an additional add on. I then was able to pay for the service and snapshot the confirmation. My friend showed up and called me because the receptionist did not have an appt, so she had me speak with her. The receptionist stated she did not have an appt booked and she doesn't know why and further stated that they don't use yelp to book appts. I told her there is a book appt link...I further asked her if there was a therapist named Holly. She responded we don't have any therapists able to accommodate my friend. I repeated so you have a therapist named Holly...she finally said yes. I told her I did not appreciate being treated as if I am crazy...As if I didn't book an appt even though we had a confirmation. She didn't offer an apology and only offered a 10.00 add on for the inconvenience. Needless to say I did not rebook. The receptionist was too rude to even want to rebook. Able to set an appt at another spa where the receptionist didn't act like you are crazy after you book Thru the "book appt" link on their yelp account. read more

Massage Envy - Massage Near Me - Temecula, California

This location was very inviting and clean. The ladies at the front desk was friendly. I love the ambiance of the place. My massage therapist, Tanya was awesome! She really paid attention to where I needed it the most. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Of course, the location was very convenient since its need to where I live. I love that they are military friendly! read more

Yet another wonderful visit. I've had membership for a few months and am very happy with all of the therapists. There's a therapist for everyone. Sometimes I like a gentle massage and sometimes I like a deep tissue massage and it's great to know that you can get either here. Daniel is awesome. He's very popular and for good reason. The front desk staff are always polite and knowledgeable as well. Always spotlessly clean, this is a great place. read more

Ashley is amazing always! She makes me feel very comfortable and I am a fan of waxing for sure! You need to try it and ask for Ashley !

It was my first time at a massage envy, and my boyfriend had got me a giftcard for Christmas here. I got a facial done today, and the lady at the front desk was very rude checking out. I gave her my 75$ giftcard and she asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. But without giving me my giftcard back. She said well aren't you going to use the remaining 15$ for a gratuity. Which I don't mind leaving tips but don't assume since I have remaining money on my giftcard that's what I'm going to do. read more

"I just had a facial with Beth and it was by far the best facial I've had at any Massage Envy. I highly recommend her!!"

I had my first prenatal massage and now I know what I have been missing!! It was absolutely wonderful especially with all the soreness I have been encountering. Kristeen did a wonderful job and took her time with areas that needed it. Just enough pressure to really help the trouble areas. Also, all the girls that work there are absolutely wonderful. I found myself staying for over 30 minutes just talking to them. They are extremely friendly and very nice. Before I left, I already was signed up for my next prenatal. The prices are absolutely outstanding and the best that I have seen for the quality of experience. They also gave me some great free upgrades and discounts for being a first time customer and military. I would recommend this site to everyone!!! I will definitely be going every other week until my little man comes. Go and experience what you are missing out!!!! read more

Went in today for a couples massage and my first ever prenatal massage... It was fantastic. The front reception girls were very polite and friendly and our therapists did a fantastic job. Shannon and Valerie I believe. We left there feeling like jello lol. On our baby moon before our twins arrive and this was the perfect way to start our little getaway. read more

Melonie at the front desk was incredibly helpful in giving me all details on the membership. I bought a gift card for my girlfriend and wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what she wanted. I recently came here for a facial and I had the best experience! I saw Michaela and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. My skin has never looked better, I will definitely be back to see her! read more

I received a Gift Certificate and was really excited to get pampered. I made an appointment and at first the front desk was really nice. I remembered the one I spoke to was from Canada. She had a lo wly accent. I got an amazing facial, then when I went to five the card, she said there was no money on it so I had to pay with card or cash, and they would refund if I went to the PTA and got a receipt. I gave her 20 dollar bills and she said one kept failing and could do nothing about it. She told me to go the Wells Fargo and exchange the 20's and there was nothing she could do about it. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. She also said that since she knew I probably wouldn't be back as it was a gift card but I could recommend friends to use their membership. I proceeded to go next door and my cash was accepted perfectly. I am in the Beauty Industry and would never treat someone this way. I will not return and will tell my friends and family not to use this facility. read more
