They aren't considerate of client's time. I rearranged my schedule twice and on the day of the massage, the called to cancel the massage. Mind you, the day before, the send a text asking you to confirm amd if you cancel within under 24hrs, they charge you 50%. If you no show, they charge 100%, but when they cancel the day of... there's absolutely no remorse or compensation to the client. This happened twice and when I asked the Supervisor she said I had 2 options, to cancel the appointment or not. I said ok, I choose NOT to cancel. She says, we have no therapist available. Ok cool, so I actually DON'T have an option. Not even once did they consider offering any type of compensation for their failure as a business to hold to their appointments. read more

I waited for my 2nd massage with Stephanie to write a review hoping it was as good as the first time. Stephanie is the real deal! Amazing massage, technique, pressure; everything is just right. I've had others at this location and while not "bad" massages, Stephanie is my go to!! read more

I'm sorry to say I am not impressed. I'm used to the Asian style massages and I regularly get them once a month. I had a free massage voucher gifted to me, and my service was mediocre and underwhelming. Masseuse talked more than I'd prefer, was a bit socially awkward, brought me back late, stopped halfway into the massage and said "oh this wasn't supposed to be a Swedish massage?" She just said that out of nowhere making me feel confused. I said I wanted an hour full body massage, I didn't specify, no one else clarified. I just wanted to relax, and I stated that at the beginning. When I was flipped over I wasn't given a pillow for my head so I was lying there with no neck support for the rest of the massage. There were several other slightly awkward interactions too. At one point while I was faced down she said "is this yours?" I replied "is what???" I guess there was a paper or something on the massage table under my leg. Lady I have no idea what you're talking about I'm faced down and I certainly didn't set down any papers near my foot? Just weird. Overall the massage was not relaxing, I think maybe I got a new girl. I'm glad this was a free service because I would've cried to have spent $145 when the massages I'm used to and actually get the job done are ~$60-80 for the hour. There was also trash (tissues, cups) on the table when I entered the supposedly clean room. I can't recommend. read more

I was really looking forward to my recent massage appointment and was even considering becoming a member. I was informed that the massage would cost $85.00, which I found reasonable. However, my experience did not meet my expectations. My assigned massage therapist, Judy, did not provide a service that I found impressive or relaxing. In addition, when I went to pay, I was charged $97.00 -- $85.00 for the massage and an additional charge for the cream that was used during the session. I was not informed beforehand that there would be an extra fee for the cream, and I don't appreciate unexpected charges. Because of this experience, I've decided not to move forward with a membership. I value transparency and clear communication, and I hope you'll consider making pricing and additional fees more explicit for future clients. read more

Went to a get a massage to relax. :( Unfortunately, the results were on the contrary. The masseuse seemed new. She didn't check on the pressure of her massage. Mediocre massage service. Price was decent with the first time special but then it jumps to $145. Yikes. Very disappointed. read more

I always LOVE massage envy. They are all great therapists and I love the vibe. I have never had a bad therapist and they are all so knowledgable about their craft. They don't have a huge sales pitch after which is also nice. I understand they do what they gotta do, so I am all for it. Thank you! read more

Great massages. Have gone here at least a dozen times and enjoyed each one. Customer service is very helpful.

The staff is amazing and attentive and so are their therapist. I want to give Demiris a shoutout for going out of her way and making a call to the person I transferred a massage to. She was very attentive and great customer service. read more

So are you open or not? I just called during stated business hours and message says you're closed. Also, although the app is a great idea, it doesn't work. Adrean is fantastic! Had a great massage and booked another with him. The staff here are wonderful. Friendly and very helpful!

Received a gift certificate from a client for a nice relaxing massage that was much needed after a family member passed away. Had the appointment booked for a month and took the afternoon off from work to enjoy. Showed up 10 minutes before my apt and I was told (rather aggressively) that the therapist had quit a few weeks ago and that they just went ahead and canceled my appointment. They told me that they sent me a text stating this. No phone call, no apology, no "let me see what we can do". They basically just ignored me after that. I will not be going back. I own three businesses and so I totally understand employees quitting and having to do the COVID shuffle but when that happens I go above and beyond to fix it, or heck, at least a phone call letting the client know. read more

Massage Envy - Nowhere in there does it tell me to call and reschedule that my apt is being flat out canceled. - Massage Near Me - Temecula, California

Been visiting this facility and very happy with them. The front desk is warm and thoughtful as well as very efficient to answer all questions and follow up. I have been getting massage regularly in different massage envy locations. Chris is one of the best massage therapist I had in the past 20 years. He is caring, kind, and custom made each massage to my visit since I have chronic pain on back and shoulders. I strongly recommend Chris to everyone who wants an excellent massage to reduce your pain. read more

The actual services are fine, but customer service and membership are awful. They are NOT honest/upfront with you. I feel like they are constantly cheating me out of credits. The services never last the full 60 minutes regardless of how early you show up. Today I went in for my 60 minute facial that I booked earlier this week. When I got there the lady giving the facial talked me into getting Microderm, which she did warn me costs two credits. I agreed under the impression that it was still a 60 minute facial. NOPE! She wrapped up after 30 minutes and then they proceeded to charge me two credits. I politely explained how I felt totally cheated when I thought I was agreeing to a 60 minute massage for a $150 value, which is already a little ridiculous. The woman at the counter was nice and all, but only gave me a $15 "upgrade" voucher that has an expiration date sooner than I would have preferred to get another facial. So now I basically have to use a third credit just to redeem the voucher they gave me. I also tried to cancel my membership over the phone because it's honestly not worth it at this point. That is when they told me that apparently you're not allowed to cancel it for six months. Nobody told me this when I signed up. The membership is worth the money only if you are OK with constantly feeling short changed. I will be canceling as soon as my mandatory six months is up. read more

10 hours ago It's not everyday I leave a review - be it good, bad or indifferent. However, after today's visit and experience with Stephanie, I felt compelled to do so. I whole heartedly recommend Stephanie and endorse services rendered read more

Just got back from getting a massage from Judy, and it was disappointing. My left nostril got stuffed up and was making noise, I think she thought I feel a sleep because of it. So she would stop and just do light squeezes until I would move then she would start up again. But throughout the massage There were many times where the pressure was too soft she didn't spend too much time on my left foot spent the last 7 minutes or so on my right foot and just held my foot for the last 30 seconds. This is only a few things, if you go don't get Judy. Yet lastly the receptionist asked me how it was so Heard that it wasn't good No follow up questions except for what you like to leave a tip And gave me the total. For the company, You should teach the receptionists if they are going to ask how was it Is to learn how to ask follow up questions when it is negative at least. read more

There are licensed massage therapists there that have been doing bodywork full-time for over 20 years.

I've been coming to this location for 10 years and am impressed every time! I HIGHLY recommend Daniel and Ruben. Both have extreme talent and are great at working out knots, trigger point therapy to relieve pain, and creating a relaxing environment. Angela is also phenomenal. See any of these 3 therapists! The front desk staff is usually very efficient and welcoming. They need to bring back water bottles after sessions though. read more

I recently booked an introductory appointment at the Massage Envy in Temecula. Although the wait for the therapist seemed to take a really long time, everyone in the front office was very friendly and tried to make the wait as pleasant as possible. The massage therapist was professional and seemed knowledgeable about treating neck pain, shoulder tension, and other stress-related issues. I thought the massage was nice and the front office staff was friendly, but I really wasn't prepared for the lengthy sales pitched that came after the treatment. It was just a bit exhausting after a relaxing massage. All in all, my appointment at this Massage Envy was a good experience and I would enjoy going back to this location again for a massage or maybe even a facial! read more

This is a HORRIBLE place. Horrified by their lack of communication and poor customer service. From the receptionist to the top manager. I had signed a membership contract with them before Covid. They now require masks to receive therapy. I had made an appointment for my 11-year-old daughter who has a school exception to not wear a mask for medical reasons. When booking the appointment they did not say my daughter needed to wear a mask for the entire service time. Although I explained to her that my daughter is exempt, they still wanted my daughter to wear it. We agreed and told my daughter to let us know how she feels during the process of therapy. But before we began I further asked to make sure she would get her entire 50 minutes and the manager said no because we wasted time talking about masks and the fact that they couldn't download the minor waiver. This is outrageously WRONG!!! As a consumer and business owner, I must say this place needs further training to improve their customer service and not force masks on customers that can't wear them. If they refuse service because of masks they should have to reimburse our money which they refuse to do. They refuse to refund my money and want to force their policies on me. When I signed the contract I did not agree to have my mouth covered. I understand things have changed but they can not obligate a customer to do something they don't want to do. My membership has been canceled but they refuse to reimburse for services that I never received. Karma is a bitch and they will get Covid and be shot down for weeks! read more

I scheduled a massage for 2:30. I arrived was asked to do paperwork then I used the restroom my massage started at 2:40 by Adrian. Have been a member for 3 years now and have forever to go. I wish I had more advice but I'm no snob and will let any of those girls massage me. I have NEVER had a bad experience. They let me customize every massage before I get back there. Always make it feel comfortable to say if you need to get a softer or harder pressure. Could not have more positive things to say! The pass few months I have had my massage by Ruben, such a great therapist, he not only finds all the areas that need work, but he does a great job working them out. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and in a lot of pain in my lower body as a result. After a miscommunication with my first massage that led to me leaving the salon without much relief, I was a bit disappointed with my experience and decided to reach out and let the manager know. They made it all right and scheduled me for the same service I'd booked the first time - this time they made sure to get me in with an experienced prenatal masseuse and since I had not received my foot treatment last time, comped me a free exfoliating foot scrub while covering the cost of half of the massage. Vanessa was absolutely AMAZING. I can't recommend her enough...I went in barely able to walk and left with a spring in my step, feeling like a new woman - no pain at all!! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to reduce swelling in my feet and legs. I was super happy with my second experience and so thankful massage envy was willing to make it right so I could get some relief. Thank you Massage Envy for taking the time to hear my concerns, make the situation right, and especially for helping this very pregnant lady feel so much better! :D read more

I received a massage as a gift and when I tried to book it they said it was no longer valid because the person who gifted it to me was no longer a member... WTH? The massage has already been paid for but since your no longer receiving money for her every month everything is now void? That's absolutely ridiculous! They wanted me to then call my friend who gave it to me to see if maybe she wanted to to reinstate her membership so I could get my massage, are you effing kidding me?!?! Please go get your massage from someone that's not a money hungry corporate monster! I have never and will NEVER go to a Massage Envy!! read more

Overall not too bad if you're just looking for a relaxing massage, but I can't recommend going here if you have any issues that need work. I only get a massage every once in a while when my sciatica flares up and since I had received a gift certificate to massage envy I figured I'd give them a shot when I was having pain. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any relief from my sciatica. The massage was a total spa rub with no therapeutic aspect at all. I couldn't get the pressure I wanted, and my therapist didn't seem to know enough about the body to help me or even really understand my problem. I don't know if they work on commission or what, but I was being upsold constantly even though I couldn't get the basic service I wanted. Maybe it was just my therapist, but any company that seems more focused on the upsell than providing a high-quality treatment isn't going to keep getting my business. The upside is that the customer service here is super friendly and I was able to get an appointment right away. But I don't get a massage because of the front desk, I get it because I need it for my pain. So I'll be continuing to look for a therapist who can help with that, and not at a location that just tries to get more money from me without getting the basics right first. read more

This review is for Chris. I know you're married, and I mean this in the most passionate, yet non-sexual way possible: I love you so very much. I know I don't really say it--because when I've come in for appointments, I truly don't know what to say. I don't make noises, because that just feels awkward too. And I'm not religious, but I pretty much just say, THANK YOU JESUS!" over and over in my head throughout the massage because it feels so freaking fantastic and glorious. Seriously, if there is a God (which I'm pretty sure there is), I imagine him/her just rolling their eyes and chuckling--"just tell him, Amy!" But, I've failed miserably so far, so I'm trying to make it up here. And when I go in next time, I'll probably become shy, silent (except in my head of course, where it sounds like a Southern Baptist choir) and trying to pretend like I'm keeping cool about it. But no. Chris's massages are so amazing that I can't even pretend to be cool about it. Though I try. Can't wait for the next one. read more

First I will start off by saying that I have been to many different Massage Envy Spa locations in SoCal and this one by-far has the spa-feel, more-so than any of the others I have visited. They definitely have the "spa-mentality" which is very hard to find if you are not at a full-blown day spa. The girls are friendly, check-in is quick and they have been very consistent with their customer service. I am a little disheartened to read some of the other reviews, however, I can understand a couple things, that unfortunately have created "less stars", but are good problems to have from the business perspective....like, being "too busy". This is a REALLY great location and they have many therapists that have dedicated and consistent clientele, which causes openings to be sometimes a couple weeks, or more, out (my therapist included)...but let me point out that I have same wait in scheduling when I book for ANY great therapist across the board; regardless if it is a Chiropractic Spa, at Massage Envy or at Glen Ivy......or any great service in general! Don't even get me started on trying to schedule in to see my hair stylist! THAT'S WHAT THEY GET FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!!! And I just have to be understanding and patient, and plan a little bit more in advance. As for MY therapist, Arinn Godoy....SHE IS INCREDIBLE. I personally have a pain disease, so I have special demands and hurdles with my health and Arinn has been a God-send! I have followed her through her other employment locations (hey, I'm loyal, lol) and I am SO happy that she is at Massage Envy. My health has taken not only a physical, but financial toll of my life this past year and a half, and it is so awesome that she is in a place where I can be on a membership that doesn't break the bank! Arinn has had training through all different types of environments including Chiropractic (this is a HUGE selling point for me)...I could go ON and ON!!! She is just down-right amazing and if you are looking for a therapist that is going to work with you, your body and your needs, Arinn is the way to go!!!!! read more
