Tried it out and won't be back... They advertise 49$ introductory offer and then tell you oricing changed in september. I asked for deep tissue massage. They book me for 11 and then tell me they cant do 11. Have another masseuse at 12. Ok...i still want deep tissue. Get there and dont start my massage till 1213 or so. She tells me she doesnt do firm massages. Ok??? Basically got a body rub with 2 warm towels. She is fine for swedish maybe but i was pretty clear i wanted deep tissue. Frint desk needs to get it together. Dont book just to fill a spot. Then when you ask me how the massage was and i say it was just ok. You ask me why...i say i wanted deep tissue and then you tell me she doesnt do deep tissue? No apology, just take my money and get me out the door cause you have a lobby of people waiting. I did still give a 15$ tip cause its not the masseuse fault. Left out all names too. Just totally annoyed at how you treat a first time ever customer who said on the message i am looking to buy a membership as i live 9 minutes from you and get a massage every 2 weeks. read more

I can't rave enough about this Massage Envy! Wish I could give it 10 stars! From the moment I stepped in the front door I was greeted! Plus extra points for the Staci ( gm) actually being present in the front of the store! Usually you don't ever see a manger at all. Staci has the best customer service ever and has done a great job training her staff. I had my first facial at this location with Dani. I will never get another facial anywhere else! We were vacationing and after a 4 hour flight I needed some pampering! Dani did just that! She went over all my skin concerns and issues. She made my stress melt away and my skin look amazing!! After my facial she helped me create a skin routine to keep my skin looking great! Staci had the front displays of products organized and clean. A great place to stop in for a massage whether you are a regular or not! On my first visit, I was greeted with a friendly woman who worked with me to get me set up in their system and make sure I know their policies and set up! I felt completely comfortable and at easy after I was done meeting with her! They also have a private waiting room just past the front desk that was wonderful and relaxing. My massage was wonderful and I was consistently asked if I was comfortable! My comfort and needs were at the fore front at the appointment the entire time! I loved the entire massage experience. Their customer service was great, but the staff really promote the monthly membership and current sales. I would consider doing a membership later down the road (after I had felt the difference my massage had made) but not immediately following my appointment. read more

I went to massage envy for a prenatal massage. The front desk was friendly and office was clean. I met Michele D in the tranquility room we discussed my needs and she told me how prenatal massages are done. i was comfortably placed with pillows to support me. My favorite part was the face and scalp massage. I loved the foot massage it was the best foot massage Ive ever had I really needed a good foot massage because of my aching ankles. I only scheduled an hour but I wished i had scheduled 2 hours. Michele D was very sweet and made me feel right at home. I had the best night sleep I ve had in a while. Oh my goodness !!! Where has Michele D. been ? She is AMAZING ! I went to Massage Envy for a 90 min massage but I ended up staying for a 2 hour massage. I told Michele I was having some pain in my upper back and she knew what to do! I never fall asleep during a massage but this time I did..... Michele D. made me feel comfortable! There was some loud noise outside the door but Michele turned up the music and I forgot about the noise. (office staff should be more considerate about clients that are trying to relax) But other then that it was a nice clean office. I'm glad Ms Michele knew how to relieve my back pain! It's been a about 5- 6 months since I signed up. The actual location I signed up at I no longer go to and the number 1 reason is because of Lori Ann at the camelback location. I randomly booked a massage and got her and I have to say thank goodness I did! She's nothing short of a miracle worker. I've been getting massages for about 15-20 years and I can say without issue she is amazing. I have chronic back issues and she always ask how I'm doing and what I need. I have been getting massages for years but then I met Michele D she is outstanding ! I received a Facial Rejuvenation massage and I saw a huge difference in the appearance on my face it looked firmer and I had less puffiness around my eyes , my skin was glowing after my facial. Michele D made me comfortable throughout my session. She also helped reduce my neck pain. The lighting and the music in the room was perfect it made me feel like I was on vacation. I have seen a multitude of massage therapists through my life, and can say without reservation Killian is one of the best massage therapist I have had the pleasure of working with. With some of my issues, it can require a lot of care and deeper understanding of the body beyond basic anatomy which he does with ease. He has an amazing energy about him, intuitively knows what parts of the body require more focus and attention as he is working on you and love how he incorporates stretching and breath work into his deep tissue massage. read more

When she is unavailable and I get a call asking if I want to reschedule with another therapist, I tell them no - I will wait for her. Vanessa starts every session asking if there are any problem areas and, if so, what is the problem. She listens and tailors each session to meet my needs. I'm a current member at Massage Envy on Camelback, so I go to this location regularly. It's a very relaxing and comfortable environment and the staff is very friendly. I get a lot of shoulder tension and Killian makes sure to work out every kink I have. I highly recommend him for a deep tissue massage. Even though it's not a 5-star resort feel, the massages are totally worth it. The only thing I wish they had is an internal review system to see what masseuse would be best for your individual issues. (Just because all of masseuses have their own personal style.) I called MS and asked for an experienced therapist and they assigned me to Michele D. Michelle was very professional and asked me questions concerning my back injury. her pressure was excellent she used Cranial Sacral massage to reduce my pain. Michele explained how cranial sacral works and I came in the following week for another session. I feel that my massage was customized to my needs and I look forward to seeing Michele D again.
