I found this place on yelp and decide to give it a try since my go to massage place is closed due to COVID19. Called and made an appointment because they had good reviews. Upon arriving 10 min early for a 5:30pm couples 1 hr massage we were greeted and our temperature was taken. The place is very clean and smells great. We were taken to the couples massage room and were told to undress and lay on table. 5:30 pm and NO one is in our room yet, finally 10 minutes later a man and women come in to begin our massage. I can hear them begin on my boyfriend and I'm still waiting for mine to start. After a few more minutes mine begins. The massage was "ok" but then the guy giving me my massage steps out, I'm expecting him to return with hot stones or something and he comes back with nothing. He steps out again 2 more times, each time felt like a couple of minutes and I started getting cold. Prior to 6:30 the massages are done, because when I got up to change after they walked out it was just exactly 6:30. All in all I probably had a 30-40 minute massage in total. We were completely disappointed and this was supposed to be a treat for my boyfriends birthday. We will NOT be coming back to this place, which is a shame because they are close to home, place is clean and they have reasonable prices, that is if you get a decent massage. read more

Wow! I was just at a spa last weekend for ($200 for a massage) and this place definitely trumped it. Got a 90 min massage for me and my husband (for his bday) and we both had an amazing experience. Very relaxing and clean. This place is a gem and we will definitely come back. Park in front even though it says 30 minute parking. It's on Ventura Blvd. In the same plaza as Hummus Bar and Waba Grill. Kind of across Whole Foods. I got Katie and she was amazing. She worked on my back with the perfect pressure. The shop is located in the Marshalls/Homegoods/CVS/Vallarta plaza at the corner of Corbin Avenue and Vanowen Street. It's located along the row of small shops. The store is small, but clean and welcoming. You start off by filling out some paperwork and the masseuse will bring you to the curtained off spaces in the back. The massage itself was great. I have been going here for a massage for the last 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about Sean who run the place. I usually prefer getting my massage from him and it has been the best deep tissue massage I have tried here in Los Angeles and I have tried a lot of places. They are clean and very prompt. I usually let him know what part of any needs extra special attention due to stress and he uses the old school pressure points to help work through the kinks. His intuition of where the pain and knots are on right on point, he has fantastic manual stretches and his pressure is consistent through out the entire massage. If I want a relaxing massage I usually go with one of the girls if I want a deep tissue I will go to the male worker. Everyone is really good though. They offer a variety of services from essential oils to hot stones all for a good price. That's another thing that's great about this place is that it's not an outrageous price. The location is convenient, plenty of parking, very clean and nice decor. My first time I got a 60 minute hot stone yelp special. Sean was great. Very strong and nice technique. Second time I got Selina for a 90 minute Swedish. She was amazing and got out all the knots in my shoulder blade area! Her pressure was less firm than Sean's but that was ok because the massage was longer and I don't know if I could have taken 90 minutes of deep pressure/deep tissue! I would definitely recommend this place. If you want a relaxing yet therapeutic experience, ask for Selena. If you want more of a deep tissue/sports massage, ask for Sean. read more

Boyfriend and I got these for a Christmas presant from his sister. Making apt was very easy. Man on the phone was polite asked me a couple of questions and then we were done. Day of the massage we go in and it is well lite and looks very clean. We were brought back to our room. The place was very quiet and very nice. They had rain music playing in the back ground. Worst customer service ever. They are very pushy. I got a Groupon voucher as a gift. I called to set up an appointment, gave them my voucher number, and asked them to verify if it is valid. The manager, Sean, set up my appointment and told me it is good. When the day of my appointment came they didn't let me use the Groupon. They said it was expired. The place is small. If you are trying to relax don't go there you will only get more stress. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. read more

Discovering this place was a stroke of luck. I've been coming as regularly as possible when I'm in town. I do gymnastics so it's hard to find a place that's affordable but does quality massages that make a therapeutic impact on my body. Massage days is clean, quiet, extremely affordable and professional. I've never had a cross experience in my many visits, they always answer the phone and I feel very comfortable and safe in the massage area. Sean is my absolute favorite! I was gifted a groupon and had no issues when booking the appointment and providing my groupon information over the phone and during check-in. My masseuse was Selina and I highly recommend her. There was a language barrier when I first arrived but it wasn't a major issue.
