I think I left with more pain than I did when I arrived. Went for a couples massage and my masseuse was too rough I had to tell her twice to go softer because it hurt. And this is was just a regular massage I can only imagine a deep tissue. My husband wants to go back and give it another chance I'm still iffy. It only took me a week before I went back to get not a 90 minute massage but a 120 minute one!! Today I had Carol as my masseuse and she was amazing!! Mia was good but I thought she was just too tough on me, and deep tissue massage wasn't my thing. Normally I have a good experience here but today my experience was just awful. To her credit, the owner reached out and offered to refund my massage. I had cut the massage short it was SOO bad. Owner told me she was already planning on getting rid of the bad masseuse and this made up her mind. She truly cares about her business and customer happiness. The experience wasn't great but the owner made things right! That's all I can ask for! read more

This was the most painful massage I've ever gotten in my life but like in a good way, you know what I mean? Called on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment in 20 min, so convenient! Only a male therapist was available and he had the perfect strength. I hate when I get a massage and it just feels like they petted me all over. This was far from that. I like that he asked me what my problem areas are, because I hate when I go in for a massage for a specific pain and it never gets addressed, I guess that's on me to speak up, but it's nice when they ask up front. A lot of elbow action, but I liked it! If you want to feel like you got beat up, but in a good way, come to massage circle! 10/10 would recommend and come back again. read more

Massage Circle is a nice local option for acupressure massages. We've done several couples massages here over the past few months- though they did slightly raise prices recently, it's still a good value overall. Wendy, Lisa and Sandy are all solid masseuses here and I listed them in order from tough to toughest haha. They also have a stamp card here, so after 10 visits you will get $15 off a massage. Lastly, you definitely want to call ahead as some of the masseuses get booked up early. read more

The front desk manager doesn't efficiently communicate with the therapists about which message you purchased and then you don't get the massage you want or went in for which is the most essential easiest part of the job. Also you will be sore in spots you weren't sore or hurting in before you visited and they rub around your trouble spots that do hurt instead of hitting them and alleviating pain. Updating as my husband and I both frequent this local massage place. We come here at least twice a month. They are consistent and very accommodating. I've had a few different periods of time where I needed special accommodations - I.e, only able to get massages face up or needing to sit more upright rather than being face down and each time there were no complaints, they tried to help make me as comfortable as possible. I have been coming here for years. Massage Circle is a good regular Massage spot. Today I received a massage for lower back pain from Shi Shi. I asked her not to walk on my back and she used her elbows instead. She found knots in my neck and scalp that I didn't know about. I did the deep tissue complete massage. It cost $60 for an hour plus a $2 fee for using credit card (which is pretty standard at most massage businesses I have used). I actually prefer to use credit card as I can budget the transactions easier and I have a date of my last massage to make it easier to go monthly. read more

We called at 3pm for two and we're told first available was at 6. I heard my cousin ask and confirm our 6pm appointment & we're excited to get our massage done. We arrived @5:50pm and checked in. She asked for our cell number and my cousin gave her cell... looked in her book and she said there was no cell. We asked that she check again and she said no it's not there. Long story short the owner was apologetic and asked if we could come back at 7 for a deep tissue massage. We reminded the lady we both wanted deep tissue massage as advertised. Returned at 6:45pm - went through the pleasantries again and she was apologetic as they were running behind. We came, did our massages and turned out to be through our clothes - a foot massage but I opted to remove my jeans as it would be impossible to get in deep. Great prices AND great service!! I'm really happy to have found this massage place. I frequent massages about once a month and always resort to the $20 places and Garden Grove. This place is similar where the prices are cheap but the amenities remind me of a higher end massage place. You share a room with one other person, which I understand if you're not used to can be strange but at least it's not an open room with 10 other folks. I asked for extra pressure on my shoulder and boy did she give extra pressure. Very very happy with the results and experience here. I usually get the basic $40 60 minutes foot massage that includes neck, shoulder, and arms. The style of massage is mixed between deep tissue and Thai massage. There was a bit of stretching like a Thai massage and there was the digging into knots like a deep tissue! I contemplated leaving a review for this place because I've been here a couple times before & it was all very great experiences. But I was here last night & and my massage therapist Cindy started off with pouring a lottt of oil on my back without saying anything, so I got shocked, and she said sorry, and went in rubbing me super fast like she was in a rush. There was no way I was able to relax, and I kept asking to adjust the pressure and speed but then she would go super soft, and super hard again after like one minute. It was very inconsistent pressure, and very fast. She was very nice, but I was not able to relax at all. She then proceeded to pour more oil on to my back (as if there wasn't enough already.) I had to stop her 20 minutes into the massage to ask for someone else. No one was available, so I had to cancel my massage mid-session. There was no way I could do an hour of that. I then asked for a towel to wipe the oil off myself, because she wiped it once after I decided not to continue. I'm not sure if she was not feeling it that day, but I left feeling very uneasy, tense and more achey than before I came in. I've been getting massages from many different places for over 10 years and this is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. They returned my money which was nice but, I don't think i'll be coming back. read more

I feel worse and less relaxed when I leave. Trying to communicate during the massage doesn't seem to help. Quiet and Calm. Parking is easy and close. A very nice person greets me just inside (it's a nice and open space just inside the front door.) We speak about which service I have come for, she answers my questions to help me choose from the menu. I pay and am ushered to a room set up for my massage. 90 mins. is the one I have chosen. The masseuse is quiet and calm. She is strong and considerate, moving slowly but with purpose. She occasionally asks me if I'm okay and moves through the massage confidently helping me heal my sore muscles. When we've completed our time there is sufficient light to dress and reset myself for outdoors. The restroom is just up the hall with an outer room space and another door. Just came from this place and the front desk lady was very rude. I asked for the full $40 which was on the menu as 20 min neck, shoulders, 40 min foot but she told me it was only foot no oil. When I showed her the menu, she yelled back "it's foot, foot only!!" I kindly asked her not to yell at me but at that point I just walked out. I went for a massage the other day and I just looking a little closer. I was wondering why they have duct tape on their doors. I just had this feeling when she was massaging my back that somebody was watching. It was so weird the duct tape I guess is supposed to prevent like noise when you open and shut the door, although it was a private room And I just had the weirdest feeling it was just weird the way she I just didn't like it I didn't like the massage I didn't like the way I felt and I will probably never go back and then I go to use the restroom and one of the Guy workers is in there. The door was cracked. I didn't see anybody in there I walk in his pants are down And all you could see is his butt. My boyfriend and I received a 90min couples massage and it wasn't as expected. When I booked the appointment over the phone I asked for a male and a female as preference. I was expected to receive the female and my boyfriend the male for the massage. At the beginning the female was working on me and the male on my boyfriend, then they decided to switch which made us both uncomfortable. I also didn't like that the sheet that was place over our bodies was very thin and see through. We asked for 2 deep tissue massages but the pressure and technique wasn't there. My boyfriend had concerns about his shoulder and left feeling that nothing was done for him. Overall it wasn't the best experience. read more
