The massage ranked average among previous massages I've received. My masseuse Kristen didn't use enough pressure, and although I felt badly, I finally had to ask her to use more pressure. Unfortunately, at that moment my time was just about up. Overall relaxing though, and I was still on Cloud Nine that my husband had surprised me with such a treat. Jen did my facial and nails, and she was great! The facial consisted of cleansing, steaming, exfoliating, and moisturizing, and my face was glowing when I was finished. I loved my manicure and pedicure, and Jen was fun to talk to, which is always nice when you're getting your nails done. When I smudged one of my fingernails as I was leaving the spa, she was happy to quickly fix it up again. Overall, a great experience. I'm sure it's even better in warmer weather, when you can enjoy the river view from the spa's waterfront location.
