She's clearly very experienced and intuitive. She asked me about my preferences for heat, oils, and pressure and really paid attention to the areas where I told her I was having pain. The facial was really wonderful and relaxing - no intense scents, super calming with some massage in there that was awesome. We then had individual massages by Tracy. Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. I would totally be open to going back if there were other massage therapists though I will say, given the amount of $$ I was really hoping for a better experience.

I wasn't sure if they are open due to many Chinese owned places closed due to COVID, but luckily, they remained open! Walk-in welcome, No appointments needed. This is located in the ACME plaza in Pleasant Valley; They do massages and facial, if you are looking to do your nails, there's a nail spa literally next door. We came here for foot massage, but saw that they have a combo deal for 30 min foot+30 min body massage for only $45, decided to give it a try. The 2 ladies that were taken care of us speak limited English, fortunately for us, we speaks Chinese! The chairs for the foot massage is no joke! Nice & wide, can be inclined and lowered to your preference. You start with a foot soak, then they lower your chair, give you a clean towel to cover your face/ eyes, then the awesomeness begin! I really enjoyed my massage. The pressure is just right and the ladies were super friendly and chatty (yes, it totally helps that we speak the same language). However, I think you would still enjoy the massage without the chat! The 30 min body massage was done on the same chair, we didn't need to go to a separate room or get undressed. They did head, shoulder, and back massages in the last 30 min. We are totally hooked and plan on coming back for the full body massage! For those, they have separate rooms for privacy. First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout. Weak like they don't care. I miss the older lady that was there. She was fantastic. I think there must be new owners. Stay away. Stay away!

The massage felt rushed and superficial, massages my arms for maybe 1 min each total. 2. The deal was for 90 min and I got a 60 min massage (she didn't set a timer or anything as they usually do so you know you got your money's worth). 3. The facial... wasn't a facial. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. She then peeled it off and left mask residue all over my neck and ears. I'm not sure if this was all bc I used a groupon deal, but even that money seems like a waste. I honestly wouldn't go back here. Update: called groupon and told them my experience and they gave me a full refund (likely bc others have also complained). Props to Groupon for the customer support.
