Anna and Co. are truly talented. They use a combination of massage techniques, and are good communicators. The parlor is huge, the bedding and towels, etc. were super clean and smelled good. It didn't feel like a cheap massage place, and the prices are reasonable. I was happy to tip 25%. read more

I'm so confused. I loved coming here, a nice local spot that I can call for a last minute massage. Today, it looked a lot the same, but felt so different. I'm not sure the man in the baseball cap that took care of me had any training, because I showed him my trouble spots (shoulders) he instead spent 10 minutes pulling on my fingers. I had to call him out for texting while trying to massage me with one hand, and tell him ouch when he put a burning hot stone on my skin. I don't know what happened here, but I'm so disappointed I lost my go-to massage spot. read more

My son gave me a gift certificate for a foot massage and massage. Since I have never been here, I opted to try the foot massage. The woman, I think her name is YoYo was quite good. She has very strong hands and I really like the hot stones at the end. The reclining chair was so comfortable, I had a very relaxing experience. Will be back. read more

Great NYC style massage spot, good for last minute massages with great hours - most often no appointment needed. Kingston location - Red Lantern, has more staff and better atmosphere. Language can be a barrier. Cheap, quick, and strong masseurs with hot stones. For $50/hour who can complain??? If you want lavender oil, scented linens, a private room, and an English speaking masseuse this is not your place, and you will need to pay $120+ for that service elsewhere. You get what you pay for. For cheap, deep tissue massages, pain and stress relief, this place is A+. Their foot massages are amazing for anyone hesitant about a full body. Amazing monthly self care treatment that doesn't break the bank. read more

Wonderful relaxing massage here this morning. Quiet warm ambiance. Strong responsive masseuse. I didn't want it to stop! This is my fourth time going here and the best experience yet. Seems like they have done some upgrades to the room and chairs. So worth the super reasonable price. I almost felt guilty not paying more. Will definitely treat myself more often. My father comes here weekly, if not more. He has neuropathy in his feet, and after ditching heavy pain pills, he has found the foot massages to help alleviate some of the pain. Despite a serious language barrier, the staff is always incredibly friendly and try very hard to speak English. (I've helped with phone calls a few times during my own appointment because I'd like to see them thrive, and the price really can't be beat). I've had foot and body massages and found Dave to be great. He asked if I was okay several times and was beyond professional. Stone Ridge is small and it surprised us when this little place opened, but I'm glad they are there. Dave and Lisa and the others have made my dad's life a little less painful, and that's all I can ask for. read more

WARNING: After having a massage my back has been completely pinched and I am in excruciating pain. I had no back issues prior to entering this establishment. I have been in pain for the last 5 days. I can not stand on my own and walking has become impossible. These employees do not understand any English and have no formal training. I have had dozens of massages throughout my life and this experience is painful. Stay away to avoid any body pain. The masseuse was pushing my lumbar at a right degree ankle which pushed my sciatic nerve into my lower back area. What happened to me at this establishment is unacceptable. There should be proper inspections of the facility and staff. read more

That was quite a work out! I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was generous with his time and effort for a 70 minute whole body massage, which was a bargain at $50 (I got 10 minutes free - I came in with a very sore shoulder and he worked on it a little longer). Although there was definitely a language barrier, it didn't bother me. I don't want to talk when I'm having a massage, and he responded with great sensitivity to any indication of discomfort, without the need for words. I'll be going back. read more

I went here with my mom. Neither employee seemed to have much experience. The male did not understand instructions and his range of techniques was limited ( he rubbed my back in a circular motion with one hand for almost the full hour). My mother was massaged by the female employee and had to tell her several times to ease up on the pressure. Both employees left us frequently to answer the door and there was not a lot of privacy. Not recommend for a body massage. Perhaps they do better foot massages ... I'm not planning to find out if that's the case. read more

Beware. I was there on 10/29/17. My practitioner, who was at times impossible to communicate with because she did not speak English, also seemed to be running the front desk. She stopped the treatment several times to do business. Then, she actually made a phone call and later received a phone call while working on me. Not good. After the treatment, more fun. I was handed a note which said their credit card/ATM device was not working and that I had to pay in cash. I didn't have enough cash on me. They pointed me to a bank across the parking lot -- they wanted me to get cash from the ATM, which I was not willing to do. I tried to explain that I would stop back to make payment the next day. They didn't understand a word. I was then led to the Chinese take-out place a few doors away -- they wanted me to charge the treatment as dinner. Sure, okay, anything to be on my way now. When I opened my wallet, my practitioner noticed that I had a wad of bills -- about $40 actually. She smiles, points at the wallet and says, "Money." I shake my head. "It's not enough," I tell her. She doesn't understand. When I sign the receipt and leave the tip blank, she points at it and says, "Tip." Two words she clearly understands: "Money" and "Tip." Either I have gone senile or the massage was better than I realized, because rather than telling her off and storming out, I added $5. Oh well, it's a funny story, at least now. As I said at the top. Will never go back!! BEWARE!! Male masseuse made advances. I have received 5 massages from him over the last year all completely appropriate. Yesterday's massage did not end well after he started sucking on my fingers! He does not speak English but he sure understood NO. Police are being notified. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. read more

I had 2 good massages here from a woman. Then on my third visit I saw the male practitioner. He touched me in an inappropriate way. It was a horrible experience. I want to warn women to not be alone with him. Since it is hard to communicate with them in English I have no idea if he is an owner or if there was someone else I could speak to. I ran out as fast as I could, not sure what to do. For now I am posting this review in hopes that no one else has to go through this. read more
