Sangmi has always been very patient, informative, gentle, and non-judgmental. I've been to other acupuncturists in the past who would push certain opinions onto me, which made me very uncomfortable, but Sangmi was never like that. To respond to the other posting regarding the pain and bleeding--the reality of acupuncture is that you are literally getting needles put into various parts of your body; you're bound to get a painful one that bleeds occasionally, but in the past 5 years, this has only happened to me a select few times, and it really isn't anything to worry about, and it isn't a direct reflection of Sangmi's practice as an acupuncturist. For the most part, acupuncture is painless, and I often fall asleep during my appointments. 5+ stars for Sangmi! I love getting acupuncture done by her, and she has helped me tremendously with my issues. I no longer have chronic migraines, and my stomach issues are cut down to about half of what they were.

And, they offer a plethora of other healing services from which to choose. The actual space is lovely with an ample retail shop filled with photographs done by the owner. They have a little bit of everything, including books (saw one of my beloved first teacher Paramahansa Yogananda), jewelry, Young's essences and Chinese herbs.
