I've been struggling with chronic neck pain and migraines for over 20 years and have been through a lot of offices and treatments for both. Dr. Bruno's combination of stim machine treatment, heat therapy, manual massage and adjustment weekly has worked to help keep my pain and migraines at bay and I've found so much relief! He not only takes the time to provide the physical relief in office but he talks to you about exercises that will help and hurt, and ergonomic changes you can make at home to help you as well. I WFH so having him give pointers on monitor angle and height along with posture at my desk has been a game changer. Both Dr Bruno and his office assistant Gloria are kind, wonderful, down to earth people and I look forward to going every week. Definitely highly recommend!

First, they did not take the time to find out what was bothering me and focus their attention in the areas of concern. Secondly, the massage was not deep enough for me to feel real improvement. I am pleased to say that I did not have this problem working with Hope. She listened to me about my problem areas and took the time to really work out the kinks. Also, she didn't hesitate to apply the type of pressure necessary to really work the areas out. I had immediate improvement following the session and she has definitely made me a believer. Aside from the massage itself her office was clean and welcoming and the setting helped put me at ease. She also followed up with me following our visit, which showed me she had genuine concern for her clients.

But...when something is good, you share it. Carly is an excellent therapist who's conscientious, listens well and provides attention to detail (like those little tiny muscles in the rotator cuff that are always glossed over). Being a guy, I find it difficult too to find someone that's strong enough to dig into the muscles that need to be dug into. 90 minutes at anything less than $120 is unheard for anyone qualified. I probably just cost myself some money too. Professional to a T, and it's refreshing to find someone that loves their work.

I was able to easily book online, and I appreciated the intake form being done online and the reminder email for my appointment. The space that Christine designed is inviting, calming, clean and wonderfully decorated. She takes care not just in the space she curated, but also getting to know you and what you're looking for from your session with her. I found the room to be a perfect temperature and felt supported through the entire massage, as it was a prenatal massage. Christine is very knowledgeable around women's health and pregnancy, and we discussed how to best care for myself pre and post natal. I look forward to booking another prenatal massage with her as well as post natal! Some things to note: While I did not use the sauna, what a great option to have for future sessions.
