The insurance reached out to them and told them they had to resolve everything and COULD NOT "BALANCE BILL" THE PATIENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE INSURANCE! The office and ins are to resolve NOT THE PATIENT!! This office disregarded that, and Samantha has continued to harass me over $60.
