Horrible!! Not coming back!! Masseuse was sneezing, on her phone and did not do a good job!

I've been here a couple times, and both times I got a really good massage, good pressure even without asking for a deep tissue massage. My masseuse got all the knots in my back as I relaxed trying not to fall asleep. She even did a good job on my limbs -- my arms, hamstrings, and calves (front and back) -- which felt really good, and not a lot of people/places get these spots. On my most recent visit, the workers were a bit disorganized, so my friend and I had to wait and started about 15 minutes late even though we had a reservation. Also, we booked separate massages for the same time, but they put us together in the same room for a couples massage... not a big deal though. With the groupon deal, this place is one of the best! read more

I was there on Friday 3/7/25 at 6:30pm. Massage was good but toward the end the lady giving me a massage started massaging my face. I thought It was a bit odd specially since the product she was rubbing on my face was more of a jelly consistency and not oil based. Once I got home I did notice my face a bit red but didn't think anything of it. The next day I noticed my face was full of little bumps everywhere and then I realized it was from the massage. Not sure what kind of product they used but I would stay away from getting a face massage included with your deep tissue massage. Would've been nice if they had asked if it was okay to massage my face I would've said no if I had the choice. Since I did only go for a deep tissue body massage NOT FACE/ FACIAL. The video is taken on Monday so 3 days after. I wish I would of taken one the day after. I really wasn't planing on posting a review because I was so happy with the massage but after still seeing all the bumps on my forehead I'm just not happy. read more

I love this place they always get my back just right. I've searched around for pricing and for $60/60 is just perfect here. It is very quiet and the rooms are cozy with dim lighting. I recommend using the massage chairs after a long day. read more

Good luck trying to book an appointment with a groupon purchase lol. If you bought groupon, then you can only choose weekday and before 2 pm. Groupon deal are a scam since they never listed this restriction. They didnt really ask which area to focus on. Just went with whatever they felt like. Dont really care about the customer or even want them to come back. There is a reason why the place is so empty. It's true that they stand outside the door to wait for tip. There is a couch area before exiting ... how about meeting there with a cup of water for your customer instead. Give them space and time before asking for tip. read more

I paid sixty dollars for a 1 hour massage (subpar at that) it started at 4:15 and ended at 5:00 (Which was not even a full hour but I didn't complain as it seemed she was rushing) - after the massage, I open the door, to find the therapist standing there, with her hand out (not even a cup of water LOL) telling me "you owe me tip" - when I stood back in amazement, not sure what to say, I didn't even have time to take a step out of the room, she said "You pay me twenty dolla tip, you tip me!" I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced such unprofessionalism in an establishment! Such an embarrassment to this business!! Honestly, it made me not want to tip AT ALL! I tip well, in general, but again if someone demands a tip, they will not get one. The entitlement of the employees at Massage 360 is unbelievable! What these people don't seem to understand is a tip is not mandatory! I will not be going back here for a massage and I caution anyone else... beware for what's to come at the end of your massage! I , myself, find it offensive when someone "demands" a tip, and they in general will not get one! The masseuse asked for $20 tips after my one hour massage. I gave her $10 and she said "No you give me $20". I told her I only have $10 and gave another $5 but asked for the Manager. I asked the front desk if I can have the manager , then both of them started talking their language. When I asked where's the manager the masseuse said it's ok. I came here because I thought my fieance had great deal through Groupon. Our appointment was on his birthday. What happened? Instead of having a relaxing massage, I was called "lady ", and he was called "fat". I also wanted to give the ladies a 10 dollar tip each. One of them said, "well we worked so hard, it was an hour massage, we want $20 each. I gave them what she wanted and we both left saying we will never ever come again! Was given a massage by an elderly woman in her late 50's. Below average massage, as there was no pressure - understandable as she was quite old. She finished 15min early. Was asked for a tip once I came out of the room. Felt awkward for being asked for a tip even before I could gather myself up after the massage. After I finished processing a tip online, the lady asked for more tips. How is this behavior supposed to bring positivity and promote a relaxing atmosphere I really don't know. Wouldn't recommend it. As u can see I don't post much review . This place is so bad . My GF brought me here for a massage . We called 2 hours before appt to change the time . The lady in the phone is so rude . She said u want to change the time again? After my friend said the time sh just hang up. We got to the room . Was super warm. No A/C. We had to change to another room that was cooler . Which btw... we waiting in the room for 20 mins till they came. The massage was weak. The massage we got was Swedish or deep tissue . I ask the girl to massage it harder on my shoulder and neck . I'm not sure why this place has low ratings. Shout out to YoYo, Sherry, Angela and Tiffany. All amazing massage therapists. Tiffany is my favorite because her transitions are very smooth, just the right pressure. She checks in to make sure the pressure isn't too hard. I usually fall asleep half way, so relaxing. They have rooms for couples and you don't have to pay extra. We never call and just walk in and they take us right away. I highly recommend massage 360 San Jose. read more

I had a great experience at Massage360 The place: The place was easy to find with ample parking. The reception and other areas were clean and had a relaxing ambience to them. The massage: The massage was very nicely done. My masseuse asked me if the pressure was good enough, and took her time doing the front and back. I was late by about 10 mins because I missed an exit but the masseuse still gave me the full hour although I would've been okay with 50 minutes as well. I highly recommend this place! It was my first time at the massage clinic - referred by ClassPass. Linda at the reception doesn't speak much English and she asked me to pay when I told her I had ClassPass (she also addressed me as "lady" which sounds rude). She didn't know how to handle ClassPass client (so a manager needed to assist) but what was shocking to me is after I gave her 15 dollars as tip (20% of 60 dollars for the massage) she asked for more. It was unprofessional and made me have a bad feeling afterwards- not appreciative. tips are optional and I gave her a decent tip - only to be asked for more. I seen on Yelp this happened before. It should be addressed otherwise you may give good massages but customers won't come back because of the bad feeling when they leave. read more

And be ready to have something more $15 or else you will have to see their rude faces and behavior and you will end up having no fun after the massage. Not a recommended spot to go to! My boyfriend and I got a Groupon deal and were left fairly disappointed! They are hungry for tips but can't even understand English when trying to tell them where to be gentle or where to apple more pressure. They massaged one of my legs and not the other, I got lotion on one leg and not the other and when was trying to tell the lady to apply release the tension instead she just kept rubbing the area and was left bruised! Overall a bad experience and didn't feel relaxed walking out of the massage center. I really wish the ladies spoke English or had someone to translate! Also, upon arrival the receptionist at the front tried her best to get us to cancel our Groupon deal and go directly through them (which is okay, but we just couldn't find the option to do so and she was just really persistent on it until we gave up and spoke up about just going through with our deal. Visit 1: We went to Massage 360 for a couples (1 hour) hot stone massage. It was terrible, the two masseuses who massaged us are apparently no longer working there but it was very unprofessional and just plain lousy. There was no relaxing music, and the masseuses were trying to speak over me and my friend the entire time. My friend had only one leg massaged and mine skipped the face area entirely. We complained to the receptionist who got in touch with the owner and gave us complimentary vouchers for one free massage each. Visit 2: The second time we were there (we went just because we had the vouchers), we had a much better experience. The receptionist advised us that the two masseuses are no longer working there and apologized for their behavior. This time around, we got a pretty good massage. They was music playing, and the masseuses were whispering one or twice, not chatting over us like before. My friend and I got to relax and enjoy ourselves! We left the two masseuses a neat tip this time as we felt they deserved it and the place as a whole is making improvements which is always great! In short, I think they have definitely improved since the first time, for which I have taken off one star. I would not have recommended this place to anyone at first, but now after our second visit I would have say its actually much better and I would consider going again. read more
