Although I ultimately decided to go down another route, the experience and overall help and constant communication was superb. Brad was a phenomenal representative and gave us good clarity and transparency as to what to expect and how things would proceed. He was with us ever step of the way when it came to adjustments, quotes, time frames, and just an overall amazing source of information. So, if you are new to solar energy and want a trustworthy company that can at the least walk you through the benefits, costs, and potential (very few) drawbacks to solar energy, Rayah Solar is just for you!

After meeting with a sales manager we were put in contact with our own project manager (AliYah) who was responsive and communicative. The install went very smoothly. They were great with COVID precautions, professional, clean, and respectful. When installing the final panel was cracked. They were able to have someone bring up a replacement same day as to not delay the project. Also they stayed late to ensure the project got done on the final day (lost one day due to weather initially). Would recommend this company (and already have!).

With regard to the two poor reviews posted, I would like to offer my review!…read more One major difference in my experience with Mass Power Solutions is that I needed to have two old (40+ years) hot water solar panels removed. After all this time they stopped providing hot water, & we found that there had been a long-time leak allowing rainwater into the attic & onto the upstairs ceiling. Do you have any idea how long & hard that I tried to locate a company who was willing to come & remove those panels? "Plenty of installers, not so much for removers"! Finally, my son located "Mass Power Solutions"& set up an appointment with them yesterday to come about 30 miles or so to my house. Today, it's a day later, when two young men arrived at my house @ 7:35 AM (about 25 minutes early), & they removed the two large panels, capped off the water pipes, sealed the openings, cleaned up everything & carted the panels away when they left by 10 AM. So, unless the water pipes leak, & the ceiling comes crashing down on our heads, I'm giving them 5 Stars! Capt. Jim Kendall nbsc@comcast.net

SGE (and SunPower) was far and away the best - they were clearly the most knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional, and their commitment to customer service was impressive. They made everything incredibly easy, from the initial paperwork all the way through to connection, and the post-sale communication (particularly around SRECs) has been excellent. I installed my system a year ago, and I've been truly amazed with the performance. I would highly recommend SGE and SunPower to anyone considering a solar system.

I spent a lot of time researching panels types, panel properties, long term generation performance degradation and installation companies. We found that SGE had what we needed and most importantly they knew the various products and various installation challenges with an older house in a historic area. Working with the SGE team from the installers to the owner we had a great experience. The cable run is hidden and the control panel installation is nicely tucked away in a corner in the cellar. We installed this system 3 yrs ago and have not payed an electricity bill in 3 yrs. We have HVAC in this house.
