I guarantee his straightforwardness is genuine, not trying to diss him for anything, but they really shouldn't be promoting the business or even trying to take out any customers right now cause they're backed up at least 3 to 4 months per what he says so I appreciate the honesty but you know it's great to have a business, glad they're so busy but when he asked me, who's the competitors that have availability this year? It kinda gives me a weird feeling so wish Newport the best but didn't have a really good conversation and really feel like if they're gonna sell the business And start with a new owner which I guess they have over the last six months they could do a little bit better on customer service that's my point.

That meant panels off, roof shingled, panels back on. We contracted with Newport Solar. They showed when they said they would. Showed us, our request, what new panels would cost and what they would do. We chose the new panel route as they were much more effective. So old panels off, new roof, new panels on. Newport Solar was there every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do and helped us deals with some town zoning issues. A most pleasant experience working with them.Sort of miss them now that everything is done. if you are thinking of getting solar panels give them a call (401 295-4500) you will be glad you did.
