The crew chiefs introduced themselves and went over the project with me. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They installed the window properly - flashing, insulation, caulking, etc. They trimmed it inside and outside and all the joints were excellent. They totally cleaned up, and checked with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied. I was! This is in contrast to the work performed by another local contractor I had install a double-wide version of the same window (in another room)only two months before. This other contractor flashed it wrong (drip edge, as well as sill), installed the sill upside-down, and walked off with my ladder bumpers. Window Logic fixed the sill for a modest charge.

Since then, I've had major leaks from the hot water heater (they installed), and the HVAC. One of the motorized damper control arms fell off!! The HVAC system has been leaking water for a month and they can't figure it out! They claim the drip pan below the system is cracked, and to replace it, it took them 3 weeks to get a new one (no communication at all along the way). The root cause of the leak still hasn't been found. This company then decides its a good idea to send a service guy to my house at 745 AM with no markings on his vehicle or professional clothing to let us know that he's with them. I cannot ever recommend this company. It's been frustrating with their lack of communication and lack of professionalism.

We canceled our service with them in October and told them we had a new provider. Since we canceled they have delivered oil to us twice despite us telling them not to. They called us just today asking if they should charge our card on file for over $200 of oil they delivered a month ago despite us canceling our service with them and finding a new provider with cheaper rates. Update: After following up with them again it turns out they didn't actually deliver any oil to us this last time and had mixed up our customer file with someone else. They charged us for oil they didn't even deliver and probably wouldn't have noticed their mistake if we hadn't made a fuss about it.
