It is taking an extremely long time for them to respond to my inquiries. I left a deposit on July 31 to start the work and they still have not ordered the door. I understand they had to wait to get a permit from the town before they could order it, but there still seems to be problems. I am surprised by other reviews saying they respond promptly. It can take a week or two for them to respond to an email. I feel they do good work, but their timeliness is below 3 stars.

We loved working with Charlie. He was an extraordinarily conscientious contractor. He worked very clean, with almost no dust getting into the rest of the house. He never went missing, like some contractors, and he was always there with the subcontractors to make sure they were as conscientious as he is. And the quality of the workmanship...wow! The end result is more than we could have hoped. One final thing, when we lost power during Hurricane Sandy, Charlie brought us a generator so we wouldn't lose the food in our freezer and fridge. I contacted him to repair and sealcoat it but he doesn't do sealcoat. He referred me to someone who sealcoats and they blew me off all summer. Contacted Francis to atleast repair it and I will sealcoat it myself but he never showed up. Do not hire him! You will regret it! He does awful work!

I called Fran the owner right away. He said he guarantees his work and would be out to fix the driveway in July. He never showed up or called in July. I made multiple phone calls and Fran promised his company would fix the driveway and he guarantees his work. He has not returned to fix the driveway and has not returned my calls. I would not recommend this company for any project. Very poor business practice and quality.

We had True Measure do a total renovation of a 45sq foot bathroom, pictures below. Rob was always easy to reach and talk too. Rob kept us in constant loop about how the project was going. And issues that needed to be addressed. Rob was very conscious of our budget and managed to stay with in it. We will be using True Measure Construction again. I would highly recommend to others.
